With the change of the people life style and production style, the number of cancer patients in increasingly. the current situation is grim It is reported that China’s incidence of cancer in2012cases accounted for almost half the world, at first, and predicted that2035new cancer cases in the world will be increased by nearly half. Cancer patients in our country continues to grow, to bad social and economic development, also to bring economic burden to the patient’s family and the physical and mental suffering, even directly affect the healthy growth of the cancer patients at the end of the children. A better nursing in the li ka-shing foundation project, free service for the poverty of terminal cancer patients, through better nursing services to provide social support cancer patients and their families at the end of the life, also in patients with cancer at the end of the social work intervention has laid a solid basis of the growth of the children.This article through to three children in the family visit, case interview and questionnaire survey and activity instruction, to further explore cancer patients at the end of the children in the growth of social support path and establish social support network for cancer patients at the end of the children grow up, achieve finally allowed them to better adapt to caused by bad family environment of school, emotional, planning for the future and life into the plight of self-care ability, enhance their self-confidence, the ability of life, cognitive ability. Ning li ka-shing project fund raising activities organized in our hospital, we targeted children growing up in patients with cancer at the end of the intervention of social work has carried on the preliminary attempt, further grasp the chang chun area demand status of cancer patients at the end of the children grow up, and through a series of activities at the end of the cancer patient children living needs and psychological need for intervention.
