"Problem-based learning"(Problem-based learning, the English abbreviation for PBL) is the western countries in Higher Education from the elite to mass transformation in the process of exploring a teaching idea and teaching organization mode "Problem-based learning" is the creation of the problem situation to arouse the students in the learning process, students actively participate in and find their own answers, it emphasizes the active learning of students, encourage self-study, debation, to reflect on their learning content and process, emphasis on problem solving and many ways of learning as the center, to stimulate and support learners’ higher level of thinking mode of teaching. In the development of the theoretical study and practical exploration of nearly50years, constructivism learning theory PBL in education and teaching reformation based on talent showing itself, more and more shows its creativity and vitality. The last century80’s introduction of the theory, domestic researchers have further introduction of foreign "problem based learning"(PBL) basis of this teaching mode, in-depth analysis of the PBL theory and our education teaching situation, think PBL this teaching mode and China’s new round of curriculum reform ideas and the target basically consistent, so the theory of PBLis put into use widely step by step.In recent years middle school teachers pay more and more attention to PBL, they want the PBL concept into their teaching, using the PBL model to design their teaching. This research carries on the discussion to the theory and practice of problem-based learning with the methods of literature and experimental research method, the teaching of senior high school students as the main body, the high school chemistry elective course "chemical reaction principle"(Jiangsu Edition) teaching practice a second unit "chemical energy into PBL teaching mode and the transformation of the power". I hope that this research can play a valuable role, drive more teachers to study, so that our country middle school chemistry curriculum reform can carry out the real meaning, rather than a mere formality, smooth and healthy development.
