Mental retardation and autism children lack of physical exercise has become a common phenomenon,The behavior pattern of sedentary and inactivity has a serious negative impact on the functional rehabilitation and health acquisition of children with mental retardation and autism.Find out physical exercise content and methods suitable for motor skills learning and cognitive characteristics of children with intellectual disabilities and autism is to help they increase they participation in physical exercise,promote the special physical education teaching professional quality improves the necessary work.This research adopts the methods of expert investigation and teaching experiment,based on the characteristics of the tennis project combined with the intellectual orphan children,puts forward a set of adapted tennis teaching content and practice methods for the mental retardation and autism children,and presents the case study.This study is divided into three parts.The first part is to determine the content and practice methods of tennis teaching for children with mental retardation and autism children.Through the results of literature method and interview method,a questionnaire about tennis teaching content is made,and the teachers of front-line special physical education are investigated to select and determine the main techniques and corresponding teaching methods for tennis teaching for children with intellectual orphans.Secondly,based on this,a second round of questionnaire is made to investigate again,in order to carry out experts on the applicability of these practice methods validity measurement.Third,Choose two classes of students in special education school to carry out the teaching experiment of tennis technology learning.Based on the statistical analysis of the data obtained from the above three parts,the research conclusions are as follows:(1)The tennis teaching contents and methods proposed in this study show high applicability in teaching experiments.(2)The combination of Evidence-based practice and tennis technology teaching can improve the cognitive ability of children with mental retardation and autism.(3)The combination of evidence-based practice and tennis teaching can promote the positive behavior of children with mental retardation and autism,and reduce the frequency of negative behavior of children with mental retardation and autism.
