The reform of the basic education curriculum initiated by the Ministry of Education in 2001 opened the prelude to the hierarchical management of national,local and school levels.At the same time as the implementation of national and local curricula,ordinary primary and secondary schools in various places are also building school-based curriculums in full swing.In the field of education for education,only individual schools in relatively developed regions have conducted relevant explorations of school-based curriculum construction.Until 2007,the Ministry of Education issued the "Experimental Program for Special Schools for MR Compulsory Education Curriculum Setting ",and most other special schools for MR in China had the first guidance document to guide the construction of school-based curriculum.The S school also started the construction of school-based courses in 2014,and the management of school-based curriculums began.This study selects the school-based curriculum management situation of S school as the research case.It uses questionnaire survey method,interview survey method and observation method to explore the practice of school-based curriculum management for special schools for MR.The research results can provide reference for case-based school-based curriculum management.This article consists of five parts.The first part discusses the importance of schoolbased curriculum management from the aspects of national policy requirements,local education development,and the school's actual needs through the study of existing literature.The division lays the theoretical foundation;the second part introduces the ideas and methods adopted in this research;the third part expounds the management of the case-based school-based curriculum in the three stages of curriculum development,implementation and evaluation through the analysis and analysis of the survey results The current situation;the fourth part analyzes the problems and causes of S-schools in school-based curriculum management;the fifth part attempts to propose targeted school-based curriculum management strategies.Through research,the existing problems in school-based curriculum management of s school include: 1.Teachers' insufficient understanding of school-based curriculum;2.Teachers' insufficient ability to develop,implement and evaluate school-based curriculum;3.The implementation effect of individualized education plan is not good;4.Insufficient use of school-based curriculum resources;5.Single form of school-based curriculum evaluation.The possible causes of the analysis include: 1.Lack of systematic construction of school-based curriculum management mechanism;2.Lack of overall planning and systematic implementation of school-based research and training;3.Emphasis on formulation and light implementation of individual education plan;4.Absence of supervision of competent departments in the implementation of school-based curriculum;5.Single theme and strong subjectivity of school-based curriculum evaluation.The suggestions for school-based curriculum management of intellectual training schools are as follows: 1.Establish a school-based curriculum management mechanism including organization system,restriction mechanism,guarantee mechanism and incentive mechanism;2.Build a school-based training system focusing on Teachers' curriculum professional ability;3.Highlight the core position of individualized concept in the curriculum;4.Strengthen the process supervision of school-based curriculum implementation with all nodes and multi subjects;5.Improve A multi-element and multi-agent curriculum evaluation mechanism.
