Many scholars focus on teachers’ professional growth,and educational beliefs guide professional growth.Teachers’ educational belief is an important factor in teachers’professional development.Therefore,increasing the emphasis on the cultivation of teachers’educational belief is conducive to the construction of excellent teachers.Mathematics teachers’ educational belief greatly influences their own mathematics teaching.In order to make this influence positive,it is necessary for mathematics teachers to pay attention to the cultivation of their own inner qualities.In the research,firstly,the current situation of mathematics teachers’ educational belief is explored by means of quantitative research,and the main influencing factors of the formation of the educational belief of the research object are discussed.Due to the limited research conditions,this article makes a comprehensive university in central jiangsu for undergraduate,master of education research institute,400 and three quantitative in-service mathematics teachers as research object,with the mathematics teacher education belief questionnaire includes as a tool for the investigation and study,the following conclusions:1.In general,the mathematics teachers’ beliefs about the nature of the mathematical beliefs and mathematics study score higher and more stable,the general law of mathematics and its essential attribute has a more correct understanding;For the low score of students’belief,they pay more attention to the status of teachers,but do not give too much affirmation to students’ autonomous ability.2.In terms of gender,the educational belief score of girls is higher than that of boys on the whole.Female students are more inclined to democratic management of students,fully understand the subjectivity of students,and evaluate students in diverse ways.3.On the whole,the score of teachers in Jiangsu is higher than that of non-Jiangsu students.In Jiangsu,South Jiangsu is the highest.Qualitative research tracking interviews and classroom observation of 3 in-service mathematics teachers were conducted to understand the educational belief level of the 3 in-service mathematics teachers.The conclusion is as follows:the higher the level of educational belief,the better the performance of the teachers.Based on the results of this study,some suggestions on the cultivation of teachers’educational beliefs were obtained.
