Traditional festivals are an important part of traditional culture,and the history subject bears the responsibility of carrying forward the excellent traditional culture,which determines that there is a close relationship between history teaching and traditional festival culture.As an important branch of humanities,history has been shouldering the important responsibility of inheriting the excellent Chinese Culture in education.For the Chinese people who developed from the Farming Society,the traditional culture,especially the traditional festival culture,is an important embodiment of the national spirit.The Chinese nation has a long history and a profound culture.In the course of its continuous development,it has formed many traditional festivals with national characteristics.Such as the Spring Festival,Tomb-sweeping Day,Dragon Boat Festival,mid-autumn Festival,some of these festivals have been listed as national holidays,but some have disappeared in the long river of historical development in people's sight.With the deepening of reform and opening-up,a large number of foreign cultures and festivals,as well as the decline and commercialization of some traditional cultures and traditional festival cultures,the situation that causes the primary and middle school students to know and understand the traditional festival culture is worrying.In order not to let the traditional festival culture fade out of people's vision gradually,this has put forward higher request to the history teaching work,the history teaching needs to play a bigger role in inheriting and carrying forward the traditional festival culture.Through the methods of questionnaire investigation and interview,this paper finds that there are still some problems in the education of traditional festival culture in the history teaching of Middle School,it is urgent to carry forward this problemand put forward some feasible strategies in history teaching in middle schools.In the daily teaching of history teachers,they follow the corresponding teaching principles,we can use various teaching methods such as holding knowledge contest,visiting Folk Museum,and teaching strategies such as historical stories,traditional poems and current hot topics to further enrich the content of traditional festivals.And from the aspects of school education and child discipline,classroom teaching and extra-curricular activities,and internet media,we will strengthen the popularization of knowledge about traditional national festivals and constantly enhance junior high school students' knowledge and understanding of traditional festivals,let the majority of young people better understanding of traditional festivals,traditional festivals,love traditional festivals.The traditional virtues of the Chinese nation contained in traditional festivals should be incorporated into the students' daily habits and habits to form an educational system,and be closely integrated with the middle school students' daily ideological and moral education and management.
