| In the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,strengthening citizens ’national identity and cultural self-confidence has become one of the national development strategies.In the field of education,strengthening the education of children’s traditional culture is an inevitable appeal of social development.The cultural connotations,ideals and beliefs,moral standards and behavioral norms contained in Chinese traditional festivals have great educational value to children.Integrating Chinese traditional festivals into kindergarten teaching activities and carrying out traditional festival education will not only help young children to improve their national pride and cultural identity,but also help them form correct social life values and develop good moral behavior norms.This study takes the first class of a kindergarten in AnYang as the research object,and takes the Mid-Autumn Festival as an example to carry out the traditional festival education activities for children,aims at enhancing the recognition and attribution of children ’ s traditional festival culture and fostering their cultural self-confidence.Through literature method to collect relevant materials related to traditional festival education and provide theoretical support for the development of activities;Through interviews to understand the knowledge and ability level of children and teachers and the problems that may be encountered during the development of activities,find the solutions to problems,and provide support for research design;Through this action research with the implementation of four teaching activities that including health,art,language,society and other fields,to observe,record,reflect on the understanding,performance,and perception of children and teachers in activities,as well as improve this research design,so that it can provide examples and evidence for the effective implementation of Chinese traditional festivals into kindergarten teaching activities.Traditional festival education has a positive effect on the happy and healthy growth of young children.Through research activities,not only young children have a deep understanding of traditional festivals,but also enhance their peers’ ability to communicate and cooperate with each other in their activities.They are aware of their cognition,thinking and emotions,as well as the development has also helped a lot.They can learn the knowledge and experience in the activities,learn to share cooperation,enhance the awareness of the rules,and possess the sense of responsibility.This is the mastery of the ability to help them build the society in the future. |
