| Following the General Secretary Xi Jinping's instructions on strengthening the think tank construction,China has put forward the idea of building a new think tank with Chinese characteristics,and has increased the development of think tanks to the strategic height of national development.Think tanks in Colleges and universities are an important part of the construction of China's new think tank system.The management information system of think tanks in Colleges and universities is a bridge between government departments,think tanks in Colleges and universities and the public.The University think tank management information system combines the relevant researchers and managers who are familiar with the policy on the basis of the University's existing scientific research ability,which is more targeted and effective in policy research.First of all,this paper collects the relevant information of the top 25 think tanks in China's ctti,analyzes their organizational elements,and conducts field interviews with three think tanks in Colleges and universities that have been built in our province to understand the main problems existing in the informatization construction of think tanks in Colleges and universities in China.Then according to the organization and function,the development process,interface design,overall architecture and external architecture of University think tank management information system are realized based on blockchain.Finally,it introduces the function realization of University think tank management information system based on blockchain from Alliance chain and private chain.The research results of this paper show that the blockchain technology can store data in a decentralized way on the basis of ensuring the function realization of the original University think tank management information system,which makes the data security significantly improved and the possibility of scientific research fraud greatly reduced. |
