Research And Analysis Of The Daily Work Management System Of The Personnel Department Of Yunnan Vocational College Of Economics, Trade And Foreign Affairs

With the development of modern information technology,great changes have taken place in our work and life.In the face of the trend of information development,the management mechanism of colleges and universities is seriously challenged.Colleges and universities which are in the bottleneck of reform and development have become more and more aware of the importance of information management,especially for the application of information system in personnel management.It has become an important part of the development of higher vocational colleges.This paper discusses the current situation and trend of the development of personnel management at home and abroad.In Yunnan Economic Trade and Foreign Affairs College personnel management personnel in charge of foreign affairs as the core,First,analyzes the school organizational structure and functions of each department,and then analyzes the problems existing in the personnel daily management work and the demand for information,combing the original manual mode recruitment management,change management,training management,contract management,assessment and management of business processes,combined with information technology,business process optimization and reengineering of hand.By unified modeling language(UML),the system function,data analysis and description: a description of the business process is using activity diagram,use case diagram of system function was described,using the package diagram of system function structure,use the thumbnail class diagram of system functional data is described,using e-r diagram describes the relationships between entities,and build the database tables.Finally,summarized the research achievements and shortcomings,this paper will continue to improve and perfect the late research results,for the design and implementation of yunnan economic and trade vocational college in charge of foreign affairs personnel management system function to provide strong support,better meet the demand of the personnel department in our school work.
