Yunnan Economics Trade And Foreign Affairs College in the dormitory management,part of the use of manual processing,there is a large amount of information,information collection,information feedback lag.This paper is to study the dormitory management system in line with the situation of our college,how to achieve a comprehensive new mode of dormitory management,using a unified software management department The management will be integrated into the management work of dormitory management to improve the management and operation level of dormitories.This paper firstly introduces the research background of dormitory management system and the problem of dormitory management that the college needs to solve.Then the paper gives analysis to the original dormitory management,process and deficiency in the part of operation diagnosis and puts forward the idea that we should use the system to optimize the operational process.Thirdly,through analysis towards data flow and refinement of digital dictionary in the function,the paper gives definition to the functions and modules of the system as seven parts according to structural methods as follows: accommodation and distribution management,dormitory exchange management,retreat management,maintenance management,health discipline management,basic data management and system management.The paper then gives analysis to the data in the part of data analysis and provides E-R entity relationship diagram while establishing the database table structure.Finally,the paper gives experience summary to the research program and outlooks the further research.The paper follows the principle of software engineering,studies and analyzes the dormitory management system by structured method,and gives a comprehensive and complete research and analysis document,which lays the foundation for the realization of software system management and the detailed basis.
