Teachers are the foundation and source of education.The unbalanced development of compulsory education hinders the development of education due to the imbalance between urban and rural development,the huge difference in economic level,the restriction of geographical environment and the lack of educational resources.For a long time,our country has promoted the balanced development of compulsory education and ensured the fairness of education by sharing resources,optimizing teachers,implementing guarantee and strengthening supervision.In March 2020,the guidance of the Ministry of Education emphasized the full realization of the normalized application of the "three classrooms" in the majority of primary and secondary schools to promote the realization of high-quality and balanced education development.Based on the rapid development of computer network technology and terminal technology,the "online famous teacher+offline teacher" double-teacher teaching mode connects high-quality resources with weak education areas and assists weak schools,making it possible to shift the traditional centralized,lecturing and thematic teacher training mode to targeted,cooperative and long-term teacher professional development,thus comprehensively improving the quality of education,improving the quality of running schools and promoting the balanced development of compulsory education.The research on the teaching practice of double-teacher teaching in China is relatively short.Based on the understanding of the existing research on double-teacher teaching mode,this study attempts to construct a double-teacher teaching scheme from the perspective of improving teachers’ professional ability.Based on the second semester of the 2019-2020 academic year of Xunyi Middle School in Shaanxi Province,senior one teachers who teach Chinese,mathematics,physics and chemistry and senior three double-qualified teachers who teach Chinese,physics and chemistry are taken as research objects.The mixed research method of quantitative and qualitative combination is adopted to discuss the effectiveness,problems and strategies of doublequalified teaching for teachers’ professional ability,and to put forward suggestions and opinions for the continuous improvement and development of double-qualified teaching.The research holds that double-teacher teaching can promote teachers in weak areas to contact advanced teaching concepts,share high-quality educational resources,promote teachers’ teaching reflection,enhance teachers’ teaching and research effectiveness,revitalize existing equipment resources,and create a good educational ecology.The main framework of this paper consists of the following five parts:Chapter 1:Elaborates the research background of this paper,determines the research problems and research methods of this research through the research status quo of double-teacher teaching and teachers’ professional ability at home and abroad,and plans the research ideas of this research.The second chapter defines the core concept and analyzes the theory of "double-teacher" teaching in areas with weak education.Through the theoretical analysis of the implementation of double-teacher teaching in areas with weak education,the theoretical basis is constructed for the proposal of double-teacher teaching scheme aiming at improving teachers’ professional ability.The third chapter is the design of the double-teacher teaching scheme from the perspective of improving teachers’ professional ability,and taking the double-teacher class of senior one Chinese as an example,introduces the author’s double-teacher teaching practice in Xunyi Middle School in Shaanxi Province.Chapter Ⅳ:The author narrates the preparation for the early stage of the study and the collection of research materials.Based on the analysis of questionnaires,interview results and classroom reflection materials,it is found that the professional ability of high school teachers has been improved.Practice has proved the effect of double-teacher teaching on teachers’ professional ability in areas with weak education in our country,further proving the applicable status of double-teacher teaching.This paper analyzes the main problems in this application and their causes,and puts forward corresponding practical suggestions,which will provide reference for the implementation of double-teacher teaching in the future.The fifth chapter is a summary and outlook,including a summary of the main achievements and shortcomings of this research and a outlook for future research.
