In recent years, the call for vigorously developing vocational education has been increasing. How to run vocational education, improve the quality of vocational education, and train high-quality technical talents is imminent.Secondary vocational education is at the center of secondary vocational education. It plays a core role. The importance of improving the quality of secondary vocational education is self-evident.The efficient interaction between teachers and students in the classroom is the key to improving the quality of classroom teaching. The characteristics of teacher-student interaction behavior in the excellent classroom of secondary vocational schools are discussed, with a view to providing some suggestions for front-line teachers to improve the quality of teacher-student interaction and teaching through research. This research takes the outstanding award-winning teaching video cases of the secondary vocational group in the 2018 National Vocational College Skills Competition Teaching Ability Competition as the research object, and uses quantitative research and qualitative analysis to conduct in-depth research on the teacher-student interaction behavior in the course videos.Strategies to promote effective interaction between teachers and students are refined based on excellent class examples. The research is mainly divided into the following five parts:In the first part, the relevant literatures of teacher-student interaction at home and abroad were sorted out,the research ideas were determined and corresponding research designs were made. The second part is mainly about the collection and processing of research data.According to the S-T method and the specific sampling time and standard of the improved Flanders Interactive Analysis System(iFIAS),data sampling and processing are performed on the excellent teaching video cases in secondary vocational schools for later analysis. The third part is the analysis of the research data. The Rt-Ch diagram in the S-T method is used to determine the teaching mode of these excellent lessons. Then,iFIAS is used to perform matrix analysis and ratio analysis on the data of the outstanding lessons. The qualitative description analyzes the outstanding teaching cases of secondary vocational schools in classroom structure, teaching style, classroom atmosphere, teachers and students 'speech behavior characteristics,teacher-student technology application and other aspects of teacher-student interaction. In the fourth part, this research concludes from the previous analysis that the teaching mode of these excellent lessons tends to develop towards "balanced".The "teacher-led,student-centered" educational concept has a profound impact on the current excellent classroom structure of secondary vocational education.Classroom teacher-student activity arrangements are balanced, classroom order is good, the atmosphere is relaxed and harmonious, and technology and teaching are deeply integrated. In terms of teaching style, they tend to have a positive impact on students, and teachers who speak to students also encourage and praise as much as possible. In the teaching of knowledge, teachers have added speech and behavior-rich classroom forms such as questions and instructions, and more open questions to promote student participation and thinking, and also give students more opportunities to speak and display space.Students actively participate in teaching activities in the classroom, take the initiative to answer questions, confidently display the results of the group, and have a lively discussion with their peers during group collaboration, showing good teacher-student interaction and student-student interaction.Of course, there are some shortcomings in these excellent secondary vocational classes. In terms of classroom control, although teachers use as much indirect languages as praise and encouragement as much as possible, they still tend to control the classroom directly, and there are also problems such as few teachers leaving less opportunity for students to speak and insufficient positive feedback to students. In the last part,in view of the characteristics and shortcomings of these excellent lessons, this research puts forward some suggestions to improve the quality of classroom teacher-student interaction:change the role of teachers and enhance the student's subjective status;focus on the classroom atmosphere and provide positive feedback;enrich the classroom form and innovate Situations;make full use of technology to enhance the form of interaction;arrange classroom tasks reasonably to promote student-student collaboration;Integrate moral education into teaching and implement multiple evaluations.
