| When Hoskins of the United States mentioned the important role of sensitive qualities in basketball,he had praised that sensitive qualities are the soul of basketball.The fact is the same,in a basketball game,the outstanding agility of the players on the court can help them quickly tear the opponent’s defense and control the rhythm of the game to make the opponent passive,which greatly increases the probability of the team winning the game.But how to improve this sensitive quality of basketball players is a question worthy of coaches’ response and reflection.This article combines the current situatron of domestic and foreign scholars’ research on the sensitive quality of basketball,and takes the impact of SAQ training method on the sensitive quality of college basketball students as the research object.It adopts the literature method,questionnaire survey method,expert interview method,mathematical statistics method and experimental method.Through the basketball special class students(24 students)in the School of Physical Education of Shaanxi Normal University,the experimental group used the SAQ training method,and the control group used the conventional sensitive quality training for 12 weeks(a total of 24 lessons),and then the entire experiment The analysis and discussion of the experimental data of the process lead to the following main conclusions:(1)SAQ training method and traditional sensitive quality training,can effectively improve the coordination ability of college basketball special students,but SAQ training method has a greater range than conventional sensitivity training method in hexagon and cross jump test,and the range of improvement is significantly different,which shows that SAQ training method has a better effect on the coordination ability of college basketball special students In general,the training method of sensitive quality.(2)SAQ training method and conventional sensitive quality training can effectively improve the ability of college basketball students to change their movements,but the improvement of conventional sensitive quality training method is greater than that of SAQ training method in the tests of standing,lying,propping up and sitting,clapping hands,and the improvement range is significantly different,which shows that the conventional sensitive quality training method can change the movements of college basketball students The improvement effect of ability is better than SAQ training method.(3)Both the SAQ training method and the conventional sensitive quality training can effectively improve the ability of students in college basketball special classes to change direction.However,in the cross direction test,the SAQ training method has a greater improvement range than the conventional sensitivity training method,and there is a significant difference in the improvement range;in the Illinois test(with ball),the conventional sensitivity training method and SAQ training method have no significant difference in the improvement range.This shows that SAQ training method has a more comprehensive effect on improving the ability of changing direction of college basketball students,which is better than the conventional sensitive quality training method.Research recommendations:(1)Through analysis and discussion,it can be seen that the SAQ training method and the conventional sensitive quality training method have improved the sensitivity of college basketball special classes students in different aspects.Therefore,these two training methods can be combined and complement each other to achieve the right Basketball students have more comprehensive and systematic training and improvement of their sensitive qualities.(2)The SAQ training method is mostly used in foreign sports teams.Many methods are developed based on simulated competition scenarios.It is recommended that our college coaches and teachers choose the appropriate part of the SAQ training method to the training course according to the actual situation.(3)The author only conducts research from 6 indicators in three dimensions of sensitivity.However,the factors that affect sensitivity are numerous and complex.I hope that later researchers can have a deeper and broader dimension for more in-depth exploration.(4)The experimental objects in this article are students from the basketball special class of Shaanxi Normal University.The sample size is limited.Subsequent related research can be increased or widened.(5)This article is only for the experiment of college basketball special students.In the future,we can expand the research object’s age,sports,and different groups of people to conduct more extensive experimental research. |
