With the rapid development of modern basketball,basketball players not only need high personal basketball skills and the overall awareness of the team,but also need excellent physical quality to ensure the level of skills and tactics.And foot movement technology is not only a necessary condition for improving personal basketball technology,but also a prerequisite for any basketball tactics.Therefore,it is particularly important to improve the level of exercise and improve the sensitivity of basketball.Plyometrics training(PT)is used to achieve the combination of strength and speed,and make muscle centrifugation-central contraction contraction to complete muscle stimulation and muscle strengthening.It can strengthen the power of muscle contractions,and accelerate the progress of muscle contraction,and achieve the effect of improving exercise capacity.This study selected 36 basketball students from the physical education major of Zhengzhou University Sports Institute as the experimental subjects.Through random grouping,18 basketball special students in experimental group A adopted the method of rapid expansion and compound training,and 18 basketball special students in the control group B adopted the traditional training method.Through the 9-week experiment,the purpose of this study is to explore the impact of PT on the sensitivity of basketball students.After 9 weeks of experimentation,the study concluded the following results:(1)After 9 weeks of experimentation,it has a significant effect on improving the speed quality,maximum power of the lower limbs of eighteen basketball players.(2)The experimental group A was lower than that of the control group B,and the P values of the T-type test and the hexagonal jump of the two groups,so there is a highly significant difference;both the Illinois testand the cross quadrant jump are the difference.In the four tests of the mobile ability,the speed test time of the experimental group A was also faster than that of the control group B.All the results of two groups showed p<0.01,which proved that there was a significant difference between them.(3)Simple reaction,complex reaction and the reaction time P >0.05,and there were no differences between the two groups after the experiment.It is indicated that after nine-week plyometrics training,it has no effect on basketball players' response ability.(4)The P value of experimental group A and the left and right leg peak power ofcontrol group B were at within the range of 0.01---0.05,it is proved that there is a significant difference between the two groups.(5)In experimental group A,the percentage of the maximum power increase of the left leg and the right leg was 7.16 and 6.84,respectively.In the control groupB,the maximum power of left leg was 1.78%,and that of right leg was 1.62%.It shows that after the experiment,the maximum power of the lower limbs of the basketball students in the experimental group is more obvious.Therefore,the following conclusions can be drawn from the above results:plyometrics training has practical significance in improving the basketball player's ability to move in footsteps;plyometrics training could improve the speed and sensitivity of basketball special students;plyometrics training has an effective effect on improving the explosive power and speed of the lower limbs of basketball special students.It can increase the strength of the muscles,increase the output power of the muscles,and achieve the purpose of speeding up the athlete's ability to move.
