A Study On The Influence Of Different Temperament Types And Playing Styles On The Performance Of Outstanding Young Table Tennis Players

With the continuous development of table tennis,the continuous improvement of modern science and technology,the continuous emergence of excellent table tennis players in other countries,and the need to achieve excellent results in sports competitions and other factors,China has put forward higher requirements for athletes and coaches.Therefore,the research on the development of table tennis can not only focus on physical fitness,skills,tactics Starting from the ability and other aspects,psychological research also needs to be put on the agenda.In psychology,temperament,as a very important part of personality psychology,shows each person's unique psychological characteristics,thus affecting people's behavior.Objective:It is necessary to explore the factors that affect the performance of athletes from the perspective of psychology.It affects all aspects of individual activities of athletes.There is less research on psychological characteristics in table tennis.Therefore,this paper explores the relationship among playing methods,temperament and performance by investigating the temperament types and playing methods of athletes.On the one hand,it can provide training suggestions On the other hand,it can also provide reference and contrast for the scientific selection of table tennis for the Grass-roots Youth.Methods:By using the methods of literature,questionnaire and mathematical statistics,this paper uses the temperament type test scale compiled by Professor Chen Huichang,a psychologist,to investigate the temperament types of 12-18-year-old youth table tennis players in Shaanxi provincial team in detail,to understand the distribution of the temperament types and playing methods of the players in Shaanxi Provincial table tennis team at present The relationship between playing methods and performance,the analysis of temperament types suitable for table tennis and the reasonable match between temperament and playing methods;the influence of temperament types and playing methods on the performance of table tennis players is the main research content of this paper;the purpose is to study the influence of temperament types and playing methods on the performance of the competition;the research is carried out with the competition in 2018-2019 as the carrierResults:(1)there are five kinds of temperament types in Shaanxi table tennis players,the most common one is mucilaginous type,the second one is multi blood mucilaginous,multi blood mucilaginous and bile mucilaginous type.(2)according to the statistics of table tennis players' playing methods,the most common one is fast arc playing and fast arc playing,each of which has 14 players,accounting for 36.8%,the second one is special playing,accounting for 8 The proportion is 21.1%.There are 2 people in the cut attack style,accounting for 53%,and they are all female athletes.(3)There was a significant difference between temperament type and playing method(P<0.05),and the correlation coefficient was-0.312.It can be seen that there was a correlation between temperament type and playing method.Temperament type has an impact on the choice of playing method type of athletes.(4)There were significant differences between the fast arc and fast arc,cut attack,fast arc and cut attack,special attack,cut attack and special attack(P<0.05).The fast arc type of attack had the best performance and the highest stability,followed by the fast arc,special attack,cut attack(5)the analysis of temperament type and performance,bile and mucus,bile mucus There was significant difference between the scores of quality(P<0.05)and the correlation coefficients were-0.622 and 0.817,respectively,with a strong correlation between bile quality and bile mucus;there was significant types and the performance of athletes.The results of mucus,bile mucus and multi blood mucus are better,followed by bile and multi blood.Conclusion:There is a certain correlation between temperament type,playing style and sports performance.In the training process of table tennis players,temperament type can be used as one of the reference factors for the choice of playing methods and the cultivation of technical characteristics.Through the investigation,it is concluded that the combination of multi blood quality and fast attack is the combination of arc and special attack,the combination of mucus quality and cutting attack,the combination of fast attack and arc attack,the combination of multi blood mucus quality and arc attack is ideal,and the sports performance is the best,which is consistent with the psychological characteristics required by various attacks.There is no difference between temperament and playing method,each has its advantages and disadvantages.Coaches need to choose and train according to their own characteristics.I hope this study can provide reference for the development of table tennis.
