Teachers to carry on the education is the youth generation, shoulders thesignificant of training talents for our country’s responsibility and mission. Teacher’swork is not just to teach students scientific knowledge and culture, at the same time,more to the students’ moral character, personality and temperament accomplishmenteducation, set a good example for the students, teachers as a "model" of people, theirown temperament accomplishment for the formation of students’ character, quality, willhave far-reaching influence on students’ learning effect. Good teachers qualities ofteachers to ensure the education teaching process smoothly, and easier to cultivatestudents’ good quality and good character. Therefore, relative to other professions,requires teachers to have consistent with his job requirements, special temperament.Teacher’s temperament, is teacher’s education idea, their self-cultivation and moralquality of external reflection, reflects the professional requirements of teachers andprofessional quality.In the21st century is the era of knowledge economy, the development ofinternational and more intense market competition, the competition between countriesin terms of its essence is the competition of the national quality, is the competition oftalent, as well as the competition of education quality. In2012, the ministry of educationof higher normal school in our country was promulgated "excellence in teachereducation program", the plan calls for innovation of teacher education in normalcolleges training mode, training to meet the requirements of social outstanding teachers.Under the background of such education, higher normal colleges and schools shall, inaccordance with requirements of the "education program" in the new expansion of theexisting teacher education training objectives, to implement all-round excellenceteachers as the standard of teacher education training plan, must develop meet therequirements of the excellent teacher education standard high quality students. Amongthem, the teachers cultivate students good temperament will be a very importantcontent.Based on the chemical professional students’ temperament of teachers as the research object, first of all teachers temperament related theory and analyzed, includingthe Confucian personality ideology theory, social learning theory and the theory ofmoral development stage of three parts, on the basis of relevant theories put forward ofthe concept of temperament and chemistry teachers of teachers and the constituentelements. Then through the questionnaire survey, according to the survey summarizedthe chemical normal problems in the aspect of teachers’ qualities, and analyzes thereasons and factors affecting the formation of teachers’ qualities. Finally puts forwardsome strategies to cultivate chemistry teachers and teachers’ qualities andimplementation proposal, the purpose of this study and meaning is to strengthen tocultivate chemistry teachers and teachers’ temperament, improve the quality ofchemistry students’ training.This article is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction. Main origin, content and methods of thisresearch and the research purpose and meaning of introduction.The second part is the study of the relevant theoretical basis. Thoughts of theConfucian personality, bandura social learning theory, and analyzed with the theory ofkohlberg’s moral development stage. Based on this, advances the temperament ofteachers on students to cultivate the importance and feasibility.The third part is the main part of the paper. Mainly to define the concept ofteachers’ qualities, and analyzed the chemistry discipline characteristic and thetemperament of chemistry teacher’s uniqueness.The fourth part, conducted a study for chemistry teachers teachers temperament.Through the questionnaire investigation and interview method, chemical major studentsof grade2009of Harbin Normal University teachers qualities condition was studied,and analyze the influencing factors.The fifth part is the conclusion of this article. On the basis of theory and dataanalysis, teachers temperament for chemistry teachers and puts the relevant trainingstrategies.
