The infant is the beginning stage of life, for most children, kindergarten is the first collective environmental exposure to them towards social life from family life,this is undoubtedly the first changes in the external environment of their life. Will social attitude and behavior of children in the initial formation of collective living environment in the long-term retention, and affect its life. Therefore, proper education and guidance will influence their future development significance of life. In the numerous factors influencing the small children to adapt to kindergarten, the temperament is innate, and different temperament types of 3 years old children have different performance, this study focus on the 3 years old children of different temperament types to adapt to the characteristics in the kindergarten.This research through the questionnaire method in Lanzhou city selected 187 children in four kindergartens as the research object, the class teacher paid<admission adapt teacher questionnaire> and to their parents for issuing NYLS <3-7year old children Temperament Questionnaire(parents)>, To get children into the park adaptation level and temperament types, finally through observational method to explore different temperament types of small classes into the garden to adapt to the characteristics of children.Through research can draw the following conclusions: The selected object as a whole into the garden to adapt to the average level, to adapt to the lowest score is emotional stability, the highest score is the life, adapt to the questionnaire scores from low to high followed by five aspects: emotional stability, learning activities, abide by the rules, relationships and life, men and women and children’s adaptation level there is no significant difference in the park; The fitness and temperament dimensions into the garden to adapt to the dimensions of the emotional stability and learning activity were positively correlated, pay attention to the positive correlation between learning activities and dispersion. Seven dimensions of the rest of the temperament and no significant correlation in adaptation; Different temperament types of young children to adapt to different levels in the park, which adapt to the fastest is easy to raisechildren, type is the most difficult to adapt to difficult to raise children. Different temperament types into the garden to adapt to the characteristics of children is: easy to raise children life self-care ability is good, emotional stability,sociable,easy to accept new things and strangers, can quickly adapt to the new environment. Type is difficult to raise children lack basic cooking ability, to new things more show the shrinking state, such as emotional excitement and strong reaction, prone to peer conflict; Type slow start preschool teacher is in the eyes of ‘slow half racket’, their words and deeds is slow, introverted, indecision, reaction intensity is low, not easily excited but more is given priority to with negative emotions. Because the middle type temperament is a mixture of two or three types of temperament, and middle type and temperament can be divided into middle partial easy to raise and intermediate partial high-maintenance,so it is difficult to describe the middle type in adaptive characteristics of children, so this study no intermediate type in children adapt to the characteristics of summary.According to the above conclusion, we can find that different temperament types of small children in the kindergarten, the performance is different in the process of adaptation, so teachers and parents should be targeted for education, should pay attention to and accept children’s temperament types and corresponding to adapt to the characteristics in the park, and according to the different temperament types of infants,cultivate their ability to adapt in the kindergarten.
