moment.The concept of lifelong learning is deeply affecting people’s learning and life.More and more organizations and individuals are on the road to pursue knowledge learning.As an important part of building a learning-oriented society,community education is receiving more and more attention from governments at all levels.The Ministry of Education,in conjunction with eight other relevant departments,issued the "Opinions on Further Promoting the Development of Community Education" in June 2016,clearly proposing "promoting the construction of various learning organizations and learning communities.This provides policy support and guidance for the construction of the community,and is a catalyst for the construction of community learning communities.Community learning community is a learning group formed by community residents spontaneously based on common interests and learning needs.It is an important part of community education and an important way to build a learning community,which provides a new and effective way to build a learning society.At the same time,as a new way of community education,how to carry out it effectively needs new theoretical guidance.The rapid development of the Internet has provided people with a ubiquitous learning environment that "everyone learns,can learn everywhere,and can always learn".E-learning has become a common way of learning for people.This brings good opportunities for the development of the community learning community.The most basic element of a community is its internal members.The learning community’s activity goals and learning content are all generated through the interaction between members.The Internet can precisely facilitate this interaction and enable the members of the community to communicate with each other.The Internet is virtual.It can break the constraints of time and space,create a learning environment that spans time and space for the community learning community,make learning borderless,and provide learners with full freedom to learn.The Internet enables members of the community to talk and exchange anytime,anywhere,and then turn virtual information into a real learning resource.The Internet is interactive,which can make the members of the community closer,and promote the generation and creation of knowledge in the community.The Internet is open and brings the wisdom of people all over the world.Community members are free to choose and use resources.While conducting socially assisted learning,the needs of personalized learning can also be met.At the same time,the mobility of the Internet can also provide conditions for mobile learning and innovate learning forms in the community learning community.Based on the "Internet+" era background,exploring a new path for the integration of Internet+and community learning communities is of great practical significance for promoting the development of the current community learning community and conforming to the trend of the times.Based on this,this study mainly takes the community learning community in Linfen as the research object,and uses the literature research method,questionnaire survey method and interview method to analyze the current situation of the community learning community in Linfen,and analyzes the development difficulties and reasons of the community learning community in Linfen.Integrate the Internet into the construction of the community learning community,and propose cultivation strategies from the government,the community,and the community learning community itself.The main contents are as follows:The first chapter is the introduction.It mainly discusses the background and significance of the research,ideas and methods,and the innovation of this research.The literature review was carried out from two aspects of community education informationization and community learning community,which paved the way for the following discussion.The second chapter introduces the core concepts and theoretical basis.The author defines the three concepts of Internet+,learning community,and community learning community.It focuses on the analysis of learning society theory,situational learning theory and blended learning theory,which aims to lay a good theoretical foundation for subsequent research.The third chapter analyzes the integration of Internet+and community learning community cultivation.Based on the existing research results and the above theoretical foundation analysis,under the influence of Internet+,new changes can the community learning community have and what impact will these changes have on the development of the community.Starting from the dissemination of information,the content,form and effect of learning,the feasibility of the integration of Internet+with the cultivation of community learning communities is explored.The fourth chapter is the analysis of the development status of the community learning community in Linfen.First,a brief overview of the community education in Linfen City is introduced.Then,the descriptive analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis are conducted on the survey results.The problems of community development are analyzed from the four aspects of activity resources,organizational management,learning content and activity forms,and the causes of the dilemma are analyzed based on the interview results.The fifth chapter proposes the cultivation strategy of community learning community under the background of Internet+.Based on the previous chapters,the cultivating strategies of community learning communities under the Internet+background are proposed from three levels:government level,community level,and community learning community itself,which provides directions for its better development. |
