With the gradual implementation of quality education in China," core "literacy has become a common topic of concern for the education community at home and abroad.Since the?General Senior High School Mathematics Curriculum Standard(2017 Edition)?put forward six core qualities,the current situation of the development of high school students' mathematics core literacy has attracted strong attention from all walks of life.As a long-term advantage item in mathematics learning of middle school students in our country,the development of high school students' mathematics arithmetic literacy has always been a hot topic.This paper investigates the current situation of high school students' mathematical computing literacy,finds out the problems existing in high school students'mathematical operations according to the test results,and gives some teaching strategies to develop high school students' mathematical computing literacy.This aspect can help first-line teachers to understand the difficulties of students in mathematics operation learning,improve teaching methods for students' problems in mathematics operation in daily teaching,promote the all-round development of students' arithmetic literacy by adjusting teaching mode,and do a good job in cultivating students' mathematics operation literacy in class.On the other hand,it is also helpful for students to understand their weaknesses in mathematical operations.In class study and after-class practice,they can make improvements according to their existing problems as far as possible,gradually improve their mathematical computing literacy level,develop mathematical thinking,and then arouse their interest in mathematics learning,which is a good opportunity to improve themselves and exercise themselves.Firstly,this paper uses the literature research method to summarize and sort out the empirical analysis and theoretical results in the connotation,development strategy and framework of mathematical computing literacy at home and abroad.By refining the four main manifestations of mathematical computing literacy proposed in?General Senior High School Mathematics Curriculum Standard(2017 Edition)?,the evaluation framework of mathematical computing literacy with ten evaluation points is formulated.Then from the evaluation framework of mathematical computing literacy,combined with the four main lines of high school curriculum content of the operation related knowledge points,compiled the mathematical computing literacy test questions,through the test method in Xi'an two middle school senior three science classes to carry out a survey of the current situation of mathematical computing literacy,to understand the students in the mathematical computing literacy evaluation framework of the specific performance of the ten evaluation points.Finally,the statistical analysis method is used to analyze and sort out the data results.Firstly,the present situation of students'mathematical arithmetic literacy is analyzed,and the problems existing in the development of high school students' mathematical arithmetic literacy are obtained,that is,poor performance of understanding arithmetic objects in complex situations,insufficient mastery of arithmetic establishment conditions and application,poor analysis of arithmetic conditions and insufficient attention to the complete expression of arithmetic process;Secondly,the present situation of mathematics arithmetic literacy of boys and girls is analyzed,and it is found that the development of mathematics arithmetic literacy of students has nothing to do with gender factors,and both boys and girls have the same problems in the development of mathematics arithmetic literacy as in the development of mathematics arithmetic literacy of students.In view of these common problems,this paper gives four teaching strategies to develop high school students' mathematical arithmetic literacy,that is,to pay attention to the practice of identifying specific arithmetic objects in complex situations,to emphasize the learning of the conditions for the establishment of algorithms and the application of algorithms,to form the habit of solving problems from the operation conditions,to attach importance to the complete presentation of the specific process of mathematical operations and to the display of norms.The reasonable application of these teaching strategies by teachers in teaching according to the actual situation can gradually improve the students' mathematical operation literacy level,and students can also carry out these teaching strategies in their study according to their own problems,and develop their mathematics operation literacy in an all-round way.
