Mathematics education is not only to transfer mathematical knowledge,it is more important to teach students how to think.The "Mathematics Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Education(2011 Edition)"regards the "Four basics" as the first goals of the curriculum,and the proposal of"Four basics" enriches the original "Two Bases".However,most of the current education attaches more importance to student' basic knowledge and basic skills of mathematics,and the penetration of basic mathematical ideas is often not valued.Although some teachers know the importance of infiltrating the basic ideas of mathematics,they do not know how to effectively penetrate it The junior high school stage is an important stage in the development of students'thinking.Therefore,teachers must grasp the critical period of students' thinking development,and cultivate students' mathematical thinking ability by infiltrating the basic mathematical ideas in the process of inheriting mathematical knowledge.This article had carried out the research on the current teaching status and the improvement strategies of the basic mathematics ideas in junior middle school.In the research,we used the literature analysis method to sort out the existing research results and their deficiencies.It determines the research direction.After defining related concepts,we elaborated the specific requirements of infiltrating the basic ideas of mathematics in "Mathematics Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Education(2011 Edition)" and analyzed how the junior high school mathematics textbooks infiltrate the basic ideas of mathematics.Then,we designed a questionnaire in conjunction with the research to understand the teaching status of the basic ideas of mathematics in junior high school.Finally,combining the research theory?the curriculum standards?the junior high school mathematics textbooks and the teaching status,it proposes some teaching improvement strategies.The conclusions of the study are as follows:(1)Analyzing the "Compulsory Education Mathematics Curriculum Standards(2011 Edition)",we found that the basic ideas of mathematics exist in the curriculum's basic ideas?the curriculum's goals?the curriculum's content and the curriculum's implementation suggestions,which guide teachers' mathematics teaching.Analyzing the junior high school mathematics textbooks of the human education version,we found it set many "inquiry"?"thinking"?"induction" and "exercise" to infiltrate the basic mathematical ideas.It cultivates students' spatial imagination ability?logical thinking ability and mathematical operation ability.(2)Taking an ordinary junior high school in X city as an example to investigate the current teaching situation of basic mathematical ideas.The results showed that most teachers realize the value of infiltrating the basic ideas of mathematics,but they do not regard it as the normal state of mathematics classroom and implement it in all aspects of teaching.Some teachers even don't know how to infiltrate the basic ideas of mathematics.In the teaching process,they are still teacher-led.Students lack time for independent thinking and they don't have a deep understanding to knowledge.(3)Based on the survey conclusions,this paper proposed some feasible strategies for infiltrating the basic ideas of mathematics in mathematics teaching of junior middle school.It explains from three perspectives:teaching preparation?teaching implementation and teaching evaluation.Specifically,it advocates digging for the basic ideas of mathematics in mathematics textbooks and designing efficient teaching activities in the teaching preparation stage.During the teaching implementation phase,teachers must pay attention to the introduction of knowledge,set up problem-based knowledge inquiry activities,focus on understanding the thinking process and summarize mathematical thoughts.In the evaluation stage of teaching,teachers should attach importance to the attainment of mathematical literacy and the evaluation of the learning process,and adopt a variety of evaluation methods.I hope this research can give some inspiration to teachers.
