A Study On The Value Play And Its Influencing Factors Of Student Sports Associations In Colleges And Universities In Xi'an

Research Purposes:College Student Sports Associations,is an important form of social organizations,is an important campus student organizations,is an important carrier of student sports participation.It takes sports as a factor to link students,schools and society together,and produce different values to its own development as well as students,schools and society.However,in practice,there are still many factors hindering the development and value realization of college students'sports associations.In order to promote the development of the value of student sports associations in Xi'an Universities,this paper studies its development and the factors influencing its value development.Research methods:through the methods of Literature,logical analysis,expert interview,questionnaire survey,Mathematical Statistics,the author interviewed the experts and visited some schools to carry out on-the-spot investigation and questionnaire survey.To understand the general value of college sports associations,the value orientation of college students'Sports Associations in Xi'an,the motivation of their members,the realization of the value of the associations,and the main factors affecting the value of college students'sports associations in Xi'an.The results are as follows:1.The current situation and problems of student sports associations in Xi'an Universities:The main sports associations in Xi'an universities are ball club,outdoor club,limit and entertainment club and body building club.Community size mainly concentrated in 20-80 people.Take the sports competition and the sports exercise as the main mass organization interaction content.70%of them are self-initiated.The membership structure is dominated by junior grades and male students.The types and contents of student sports associations in Xi'an colleges and universities are single,the dependence of the funds of the associations on the support of the schools is high,which may limit the activities of the associations,and the associations lack the guidance of professional teachers,it may limit the professional level of the organization and the actual effect of the activity.The characteristics of the members of the association in the Grade Structure reflect the problem of staff turnover.2.The problems existing in the exertion of the value of Student Sports Associations in Xi'an colleges and universities are as follows:The members of the associations have a single motive for participation and do not have a comprehensive understanding of the value of sports;The activities of the associations lack systematic and long-term planning and have limited effect on promoting the development of individuality;the associations have little effect on improving the members'ability of public participation and have no obvious effect;the associations help the members form an objective self-understanding,however,the ability to disseminate scientific knowledge of sports is limited.3.The analysis of the influencing factors:the management ability of the manager is an important personal factor that affects the value of the Association;The important influence of the member's participation motivation on the value of the association has not been paid enough attention by the managers.Suggestions:1.Establish Dynamic "member motivation feedback" mechanism,to guide the work of the community,improve the content of community activities.2.Promote self-sufficiency of associations and avoid over-reliance on school funding.3.Improve the degree of specialization of mass organizations and strengthen the dissemination of sports culture knowledge by mass organizations.4.Improve the long-term strategic planning of association activities and enhance the ability of association to promote the development of its members.5.Improve the guarantee mechanism of members'public participation,meet the needs of members'public participation,and cultivate their awareness and ability of public participation.6.Improve the professional and managerial skills of the managers themselves.7.Improve the institutionalization of organizations both inside and outside.8.Improve the awareness and ability of community public service.
