In this paper, using the method of literature, questionnaire, expert interview,mathematical statistics, comparative analysis and other research methods, on thecurrent situation and influencing factors of Chinese and Japanese college studentsparticipating in extracurricular sports activities were compared in this study, theresearch draws the following results:1. Key university students in China and Japan’s participation in sports the mostdifferent, China’s key university students participate in the most dynamic transportproject is basketball and running, University Japan key university life involved in thesports most is running a major activities and baseball; the same time, is to participatein the extracurricular sports activities in the afternoon; activities in differentplaces, the focus of China’s university students sports venues in the campus interioron sports, Japan focus on university students are in school gymnasium, sportsvenues but not limited to the campus; the form of activity are not the same, China’skey university students mainly with friends and classmates activities, while theJapanese university students to participate in the main focus of the activities of theDepartment form.2. Japanese university students participating in extracurricular sportsactivities similar frequency, every week2times or2times above, the higherfrequency. In a slightly different frequency, number of Sino Japanese twocountries focus on female university students participating in extracurricularsports activities generally less than boys, Japan’s high grade students participating inextracurricular sports activities less than lower grade students. In the duration, thetwo key university students reflects the same rule, the duration of each participating inextracurricular sports activities of the female students haveno male growth duration, high grade each participating in extracurricular sportsactivities than low grade growth.3. The Japanese university students to participate in extracurricular sportsactivities are more interested in. To participate in sports activities are reflected in thesame attitude: the two key university students are able to understand sports right,comprehensive functions, but they are not paying enough attention to extracurricularsports activities, when the actual arrangement of spare time, few will arrange the timeto take part in physical exercise; participating in the sports activities motivation notthe same,"physique" is still the focus of China’s university students participating inextracurricular sports activities motivation, the primary motivation of college studentsand Japanese university to participate in extracurricular sports activities is "interest"and "entertainment, recreation", followed by "enhanced physique". However, China’s college students to participate in extracurricular sports activities motivation has atendency to transfer to the entertainment aspect, simply in order to enhance the strongphysique is no longer the main objective of our college students to participatein extracurricular sports activities.4. Key university students in China and Japan have exercise habits thesame, most of the students are in motion but did not form a habit, a fixed exercisehabits of students is generally low; our girls have the habit of exercise proportion ishigher than boys, has the exercise habit than the proportion of high grade oflow grade; Japan in high low grade, with the Chinese instead, Japan’slow grade students exercise habits is far higher than the proportion of highschool students.5. The impact of external factors of most Japanese university studentsparticipating in extracurricular sports activities, is "the lack of facilities"; thesecondary factors were different greatly, restricting China’s key university studentsparticipating in extracurricular sports activities factors ranked second is"homework too tight","no one to guide" row row third; second factors restrictingthe Japanese university students to participate in extracurricular sports activities is "noone company","no time" in the Japanese students participating inextracurricular sports activities of third factors. The school sports culture between thetwo gap, China’s key university has a certain degree of sports spirit culture isdeficient; Japan from high school until university club activity patterns to createa school sports culture unique to Japan.6. The sports consumption capacity of the gap, China’s key university students atthis stage of the sports consumption ability is relatively low, the Japanese universitystudents on the sports consumption is much higher than that in our country, and moreis spent on labor consumption; change the structure of sports consumption and sportsconsumption consciousness of our university students. The organization andmanagement for the extracurricular sports activities is always a difficult problem inmanagement of school physical education in China, although the vast majority ofuniversities have established a society or club sports classes, but the organizationmanagement is not perfect, ineffective publicity due to factors such as the impact oncampus is not wide; use the club activities of Japan university management mode, thefull play the autonomy of the students, let students themselves, their organizationmanagement, not only exercise the students, have reduced the burden of school.Japanese club pattern so far ahead of China, is very worthy of our learning andreference.
