Cultivating students' creativity during elementary education is the basic direction of our country's education and teaching reform.In particular,the cultivation of creative talents in ethnic minority areas directly affects the future stability and development of our country.How to cultivate the students' creativity of literature in the elementary education is an important problem in the innovative education of our country.The participants in this study were sixth grade students in northwest minority areas.Firstly,the present development level state and characteristics of students' creative competence of literature Chinese innovative literacy(Chinese literature creativity,divergent thinking,creative tendency)are were investigated.Then,based on the results of first analysis,the teaching intervention plan of creativity in Chinese literary for sixth grade students in northwest minority areas was developed.Finally,the teaching experiment was carried out to verify the effectiveness of the teaching intervention program in language innovation literacy.The conclusion is not only of theoretical value to the study of cultivation of language innovation literacy,but also of practical significance to the cultivation of students' creative literary in ethnic minority areas.The results showed that:(1)the overall development level state of sixth grade students' creative literary competence Chinese innovation literacy in northwest minority areas was relatively low;(2)the development of students' creative literary competence internal Chinese innovation literacy is was unbalanced;(3)different types of school students There are were significant gender differences between two types of school and we found gender differences of creative literary competence performance in students'Chinese creativity performance;(4)the level state of innovative teaching of sixth grade Chinese teachers is was low.The results of the first study showed that the creative literary competenceinnovative literacy of sixth grade students and the innovative creative teaching abilitylevel of Chinese teachers in northwest minority areas needed to be further improved.Based on the current situation of the sixth grade students' creative literary competenceChinese innovative literacy and Chinese teachers' innovative creative teaching level ability in the northwest minority areas,this paperthe present study develops developed the Chinese innovative literacy teaching intervention program of creative literary competence,which takes took the thinking type teaching theory as the core theory.,According to the basic principles and requirements of the thinking type classroom teaching,and according to the basic links of teaching,the present study combineds six kinds of creativity 4C model and innovative talents Based on the theory of mind,the creative and affective teaching mode and the characteristics of the minority areas,this paper constructs the intervention plan of the sixth grade students' Chinese innovative literacy teaching in the northwest minority areas.The content and implementation of the intervention program include the following three parts:(1)training of experimental teachers:concepts related to Chinese innovative literacy,basic theories of creativity,innovative teaching,theories related to thinking based teaching,determination,meaning and training methods of classroom teaching objectives of Chinese thinking based innovative teaching;standards and teaching methods of basic elements of teaching;basic requirements of teaching and Evaluation criteria,etc.(2)The teaching framework of Chinese innovation course included:the determination and cultivation of the teaching objectives of innovation literacy such as originality,flexibility and adventure,the introduction of teaching,the teaching process,the reflection of teaching,the implementation of application transfer,the creation of situations,the raising of questions,independent inquiry,cooperation and communication,summary and reflection,and the application of six teaching elements such as application transfer.(3)In two primary schools of Linxia city,the experiment of classroom teaching intervention on Chinese innovation literacy of sixth grade students in northwest minority areas was carried out.(4)Chinese innovative literacy intervention curriculum can significantly improve the innovative teaching behavior of Chinese teachers.In the third study,the intervention group and the control group were used to test the influence of the intervention course on students' Chinese creativity,divergent thinking and creative tendency,and the influence of the intervention course on Teachers'innovative teaching behavior was further tested by comparing the scores of the pre-test and the post test of teachers' innovative teaching.The results are as follows:(1)the intervention course of Chinese innovation literacy can significantly improve students'Chinese creativity,divergent thinking and risk-taking dimension of creative tendency.(2)The intervention course of Chinese innovative literacy can significantly improve the Chinese creativity of students in Han schools,such as the dimension of raising questions,imagining results,writing ideas,essay writing and phenomenon exploration;the dimension of fluency,originality and flexibility of language divergent thinking and graphic divergent thinking.(3)The intervention course of Chinese innovation literacy can significantly improve the reading comprehension,imagination result,writing conception and phenomenon exploration dimension of Chinese creativity of students in minority schools;the fluency dimension of language divergent thinking and graphic divergent thinking;and the risk dimension of creative tendency.Based on the investigation of current situation,theoretical exploration and teachers'experiments,the following conclusions are drawn as follows:the innovative literacy of sixth grade students and the innovative teaching level of Chinese teachers in northwest minority areas need to be further improved.Based on practice,the innovative literacy intervention program with thinking classroom teaching as the core can effectively improve the innovative literacy of students and teachers' innovative teaching level.
