Adolescents are the backbone of a country's future development and construction.Their education and cultivation is the most concerned issues of governments and society.The problem of teenagers' learning and bad behavior has been perplexing all over the world.It is the common thinking and choice of scholars to carry out research from the dimensions of family,school and society,and many positive results have been achieved.As a major country of education,China has made remarkable achievements in the education of young people and contributed positive experience to the world.Since the beginning of the new century,in the face of various problems in adolescent education,scholars have discussed from the perspective of family and school rather than paying due attention to the role of community.Under the background of building a learning society in our country,the community as the basic unit of society,is not only the carrier of the survival of the family and school,but also an important medium and educational environment for teenagers to grow up and socialization.How can we better use its educational function to promote the healthy growth of young people is a worthy issue of the times.ln the increasingly complex and changeable social background,only from the multi-angle,comprehensive,comprehensive thinking of the education of young people,will be conducive to the better solution of the problem.As the most developed country in the world,the United States has a long history of community education development.The education and growth of young people is one of its important areas of concern.In the process of community participation in youth education,the United States has created and accumulated rich experience and formed its own characteristics through continuous exploration and practice,which has important reference value for China to pay more attention to community participation in youth education issues and solve youth education problems.Based on the background of building a learning society,this study explores the community involvement in adolescent education in the United States from the perspective of social right to education.Literature method,comparative method and case study method are the main methods used in the research.This study focuses on how American communities participate in youth education and promote their healthy growth,in order to provide a reference for China to formulate relevant policies for community participation in youth education and solve the problems in current youth education.The details are as follows:The first part of the introduction mainly discusses the origin and significance of the research,sorts out and analyzes the relevant research literature at home and abroad,and on this basis,defines the research ideas and main contents,explains the research methods,and defines the core concepts.The second part is about the rational explanation and significance of community participation in youth education.Community plays an important role in the growth of young people.Community participation in youth education embodies the function of community education.The function of community education determines the rationality of its participation in youth education.Community participation in youth education meets the needs of youth development and growth,it is helpful to solve the problems of teenagers better,and promote the process of building a learning society.The third part expounds the system guarantee of American community participation in adolescent education.In order to improve the overall quality of young people and play the educational function of the community,the United States has introduced a number of education policies and bills to clarify the responsibilities and obligations of communities in the education and growth of young people,and to implement them through the establishment of special institutions and the implementation of community project plans.The fourth part explains in detail the "21st century community learning center”program issued by the us government,which aims to create an effective academic environment for teenagers,so as to enrich students' off-campus life and improve their overall quality.The plan has achieved very good results,which is a strong proof that the federal government attaches importance to and supports community participation in youth education.The fifth part is the action of American community participation in youth education " Community library”and "service learning" are representative project activities."Community Library,provides a safe place for young people and meets their diversified educational needs;while "service learning" improves their civic awareness and sense of responsibility through the combination of school practice and community service,so that they can learn to reflect and better serve the society.Although the purpose and main contents of the two project institutions are different,the focus is to play the role of community education and promote the better growth and development of young people.The final part of the study discusses the characteristics of American community participation in adolescent education and its reference value to China.The characteristics of the American community's participation in youth education are:strengthening the support and guidance of policies and laws;providing adequate funding guarantees;serving all young people as the fundamental purpose;promoting implementation with projects,etc.Enlightenment for China:Improve policies and laws;integrate community education resources and give play to group effects;carry out various community education activities to meet the development needs of young people;establish voluntary service organizations to ensure orderly participation of community members;give play to the public welfare role of the community in the process of youth education;build schools,families,communities Educational model of integrated development.
