In recent years, great changes have taken place in social structure of our country as well as the position and function of community is more and more important. It has become an important social activity stage for members, teenagers living in community. Community and the development of youth are closely related. To make the development of youth balanced, we need not only the family education and school education, but also the community education of the young people.In this environment, the importance of community youth education is more and more obvious, who will be responsible for the community education management of the young people and how to strengthen the community youth education management have become the urgent problems.In recent years, the development of the social culture in Dongsheng District of Ordos is very fast, but the community construction falls behind. The youth community education is just beginning, and there are many problems, such as policy system, teachers’team, funds, curriculum design and so on. It is urgent to solve these problems. At the same time, based on the community education management development status of adolescents in analysis of Dongsheng District, author puts forward some further enhancement and improvement strategies, hoping to explore the Dongsheng District youth community education and management work in theory, support work in practice, and ultimately promote the consistant development of juvenile community education.The thesis consists of four parts: The first part describes the background and significance of the research, briefly introduces the related research at home and abroad, and puts forward the research ideas and research methods.In the second part, author states the basic situation of Dongsheng District and the achievements of community education management in Dongsheng District at present.The third part, describes the problems of Dongsheng District youth community education work as well as analyzes the causes of problems.The fourth part, taking Dongsheng District Youth Development Mode of community education as the foundation, puts forward some sustainable development strategies for Dongsheng area, Including the development of youth community education development planning, standardizing corresponding system construction, raising funds, training management personnel as well as carrying out a number of in line with the characteristics of physical and mental development of young people’s education etc.
