Group Work Promotes Research On Community-neighbor Interaction In Ex Situ Poverty Alleviation, Relocation And Resettlement

In order to lift the poor people living in poor living conditions and inconvenient transportation out of poverty and realize their rich life,the party and government have adopted the policy of "poverty alleviation and relocation in different areas".In places with relatively perfect infrastructure and favorable ecological environment,resettlement areas will be built for the poor to live and develop their production.Although the relocation to the resettlement community has improved the living conditions of the poor population,the lack of interaction between the residents of the community and the lack of opportunities to communicate with each other has led to the lack of interaction among the residents of the community,which has led to the change of the original lifestyle and living pattern of the residents.There are a lot of problems between them.However,the neighborhood relationship is an important factor to measure the harmony and stability of a community,and the lack of neighborhood relations will inevitably affect the harmonious and healthy development of the community.The purpose of this study is to provide community residents with the opportunity to communicate and interact through group work,to promote community neighborhood interaction and to create a harmonious and stable community atmosphere.This study takes the relocation and resettlement of Nanchuan community in T city of Gansu Province as an example.Firstly,through the questionnaire and interview,we collect the data to find out the living situation and neighborhood interaction of Nanchuan community residents,and summarize the lack of neighborhood interaction in Nanchuan community.Lack of community sense of belonging,poor neighborhood familiarity,low frequency of communication and other problems,summed up the main reasons for the above problems are the short time for residents to stay in the community in Nanchuan,and the lack of communication and interaction platform in the community.Secondly,in view of the problems existing in the neighborhood interaction of Nanchuan community,the social workers take the infants and parents of Nanchuan community as the entry point,and use the professional method of social work group to recruit 8 residents of the community to carry out parent-child group as the service object.In the course of group activities,social workers create opportunities to interact with each other,encourage them to speak freely and deepen their understanding of each other.Educational,social groups of parents and children provide access to the community.Good communication platform,the communication between the team members gradually changed from shallow to deep.Through activities to gain mutual understanding and understanding,the members of the group enhance the intimate relationship between each other,the willingness to interact with each other among the neighbors has increased,and the work of the group has achieved the desired goal.Finally,the social worker summarizes and reflects on the problems in the whole group work,and puts forward suggestions for improvement from three aspects:effectively linking resources,enhancing professional skills,emphasizing the concept of helping others to help themselves,and cultivating residents' neighborhood consciousness.
