A series of social problems brought about by the increasing year of the elderly population and the expanding group of empty nesters can be reflected,The lack of social endowment resources and the improvement of the service for the aged.The social pressure brought by the pension problem is obvious to all.How to solve this social problem and transform the traditional way of providing for the aged is the direction that many experts and scholars need to explore now.In this paper,the research object of the empty nesters in urban community,A method of action research,For the empty nesters Building a neighborhood support network,Contributing to the contribution of caring community care.In this study,action research method,questionnaire survey method and interview method are adopted.Through interview with the empty nesters in G community,the author finds that there is a lack of neighbourhood in empty nesters and lack of neighbourhood support in daily care and psychological comfort,and it is necessary to build an empty nesters neighbourhood assistance network.Based on the theory of social capital and the theory of social support,the author constructs a neighborhood assistance network for 4 empty nesters in the G community X unit through the professional methods of the group work,so that the daily needs of the elderly can be basically met.Finally,through the summary and evaluation,we will improve and reflect on the construction of neighborhood assistance network.Through the construction and improvement of the network,it improves the quality of life of the empty nesters and improves the community care of the empty nesters.On the other hand,it has also improved the neighborhood relationship and helped the residents to help each other.
