In recent years,the party and the country have attached great importance to work-study work in colleges and universities,insisted on taking work-study work as an important channel for personnel training,and promulgated a series of policies to promote the widespread development of work-study work in universities.At the same time,the current enthusiasm of college students for participation in work-study programs is increasing day by day.In the process of work-study programs,actively participating in work,obtaining work experience,mastering work skills,and promoting the future to the workplace,with a good professional quality has promoted effect.In order to guide colleges and universities to better understand the development of their own work-study work,in the future to better play the role of work-study work,on the other hand,to further stimulate students' enthusiasm for work-study work,and to support them in the process of work This paper uses qualitative research methods to conduct semi-structured interviews with students who have participated in part-time work-study work in colleges and universities,and explores the process by which college students develop part of their professional qualities by participating in work-study work.Based on the analysis of the interview data of 8 students who have participated in the work-study work in colleges and universities for more than one year and 2 teachers responsible for the work-study work of the department,this study found that during the work-study work process In the middle,the process of developing students' professional qualities can be divided into three periods and six stages.The first is the perception and understanding period,which includes the stage of perception of occupation and the stage of understanding of occupational work.Second,change the transformation period,including the passive imitation stage and the active development stage.Third,the formation of solidification period,including the solid stage of quality and the upgrading stage of quality,students form a stable professional quality through long-term accumulation of quality,and on this basis,more and higher levels of quality will be derived.In addition,colleges and students themselves have a major impact on the development of personal professional qualities.At the university level,the job recruitment and information release of the work-study program,the work process of the work-study program,the management and supervision of the work,and the teacher's emphasis and guidance on the work will have an impact on the effectiveness of the students' professional quality development.At the student level,a student's personal work motivation,personal role and job perceptions,the student's personal career aspirations,and the student's home environment will affect the student's work behavior.
