| The early childhood education is wide attentiond by the state and society in recent years.To establish and to develop a stable preschool teachers team is to promote the development of the preschool education career. But in the current preschool teachers team, because of various factors, the preschool teachers’ job stress is larger, there are many preschool teachers have a plan to give up there professional profession, all of these show that preschool teachers ’work life and career commitment level are worrying, if things continue this way,it will have a great impac on the physical and mental health of young children and their teachers and also the development of early childhood education. At present, the quality of work life at home and abroad mainly for personnel management and special industries(such as doctors, firefighters, etc.), and the study of teachers’ professional commitment is aimed at primary and secondary school teachers’, the existing research materials on the relationship between the quality of working life and professional commitment is relatively few. Therefore, by using the method of literature and questionnaire survey, A city preschool teachers’ quality of worklife and professional commitment’s relationship was studied.It shows that: preschool teachers’ work life quality score from low to high followed by survival needs, security needs, esteem needs, self-actualization needs and social needs; among the Imbalance- paid score overload factor is the highest, reward factor score is the lowest, the number of high- low paid what accounted for the most; Continuance commitment scores is the highest in the occupational commitment, emotional commitment in the middle and normative commitment scored lowest; Work needs respect and survival of the quality of life is the important factors that affect occupational commitment, commitment to professional has a significant positive prediction function. |
