Social work practice is one of the important contents of social work training and education.At present,a lot of colleges and universities adopt the way of training professional talents jointly with social work professional practice units and bases.Therefore,the organizational factors of professional practice,such as the conditions and arrangements of schools,internship units and bases,have a profound impact on students' work involvement and professional identity in the internship.This study using questionnaire survey method,through the way of snowball sampling,221 master of social work in the domestic reading investigation,examines the master of social work professional practice of our country's basic situation,discusses the organizational factors of professional practice,students' practice of the relationship between job involvement and their professional identity.Among them,the organizational factors of professional internship mainly include: internship salary,internship duration,internship supervision,internship organization specialization and internship working environment.Internship involvement includes three dimensions: vitality,concentration and dedication.Professional identity is measured from four dimensions: cognition,emotion,behavior and suitability.The findings are as follows: first,the cognitive professional identity level of postgraduate social work students is higher than that of postgraduate students.The professional identity level of social work master students with bachelor's degree in social work is higher than that of non-social work master students.The social work master students who practiced in the units(bases)with higher professional degree of internship organizations received higher professional supervision and higher professional recognition.Social work master's degree students with both institutional and school supervision were more active in their internship engagement than students with only one supervision,and their recognition of social work major was also higher.Secondly,there is a significant positive correlation between the organizational factors,internship work involvement and professional identity of social work master students.On the basis of control variables,it is found that there is a significant positive correlation between internship supervision expertise and internship involvement and its various dimensions.There is a significant positive correlation between the degree of specialization of the internship institution and the internship investment and its various dimensions,and there is a significant positive correlation between it and the professional identity and its various dimensions.There is a significant positive correlation between the internship working environment and the internship involvement and its various dimensions,and there is a significant positive correlation between the internship working environment and the internship involvement and its various dimensions.There is a significant positive correlation between internship involvement and its dimensions and professional identity and its dimensions.Thirdly,the results of regression analysis show that the degree of specialization and the working environment of internship institutions have a good predictive effect on professional identity,that is,the higher the degree of specialization of the internship institutions,the higher the degree of professional identity of master students.Good internship working environment,high degree of professional recognition of master students.Iv.Internship involvement plays a completely mediating role between the degree of specialization and professional identity of internship institutions;Internship work involvement plays a part in mediating between internship work environment and professional identity.
