As an important part of the construction of social work professionals,the master of social work plays an important role in promoting the development of social work.But the reality shows that many masters of social work have not been engaged in professional related work after graduation,and the brain drain is serious.There are many factors that influence the social work professional graduates employment choice,personal factors,school factors,social factors,policy factors,this paper mainly studies the professional identity and occupation identity,professional identity and occupation identity affect the master of social work graduate employment.This paper mainly uses qualitative research methods,through the questionnaire recovery "master of Social Work Graduates of professional identity and occupation identity effects on employment choice questionnaire" through statistical analysis method has good reliability and validity the questionnaire,this paper mainly uses descriptive analysis,exploratory factor analysis,confirmatory factor analysis,correlation analysis and difference analysis,analysis of the construction of the multiple regression model,including the employment status and social work of postgraduate professional identity,occupation,identity and professional recognition analysis with correlation with occupation identity factors,different gender,grade,professional background and student differences in professional identity and occupation identity,and professional identity with the occupation identity of employment choice effect.The results show that,compared with other popular majors,the overall employment level of social work specialty is relatively low.The master degree of social work master has a higher professional identity and a lower sense of professional identity,but there is no significant difference between gender in professional identity and professional identity.Students of different grades have significant differences in professional emotion and professional values,different professional backgrounds of the students have significant differences in the occupation value,the value of the master is not the same occupation occupation value higher than master agreement.There are no significant differences between the popular professional level and employment choice,there is no obvious correlation between professional identity and employment choice,there is a positive correlation between the occupation identity and employment choice,the salary is the primary factor affecting the master of social work professional graduates employment selection,occupation development of choice to improve the contribution rate of employment.
