Relative deprivation exists in every group, which can affect individual's subjective well-being and sense of gain, lead to individual deviant behavior and cluster behavior, and even destroy social stability in extreme cases.Aggressive behavior is also an important factor that leads to interpersonal conflict and social stability.Psychologists have studied the relationship between relative deprivation and aggressive behavior, and found that relative deprivation can positively predict aggressive behavior, but the internal mechanism of relative deprivation and aggressive behavior has not been fully explored. In order to deeply explore the relationship between relative deprivation and aggressive behavior, this paper is divided into two parts. The first part is to explore the relationship between the two by introducing the moral separation of intermediary variables in the way of empirical research. The second part is to design group counseling program based on the characteristics of relative deprivation and moral separation of senior high school students. The first part is to use relative deprivation scale, moral detachment scale and aggressive behavior scale to investigate the basic characteristics of relative deprivation, moral detachment and aggressive behavior of senior high school students and the relationship between them. The second part is to select 20 people from the higher level of relative deprivation and moral detachment, randomly and equally divide them into the experimental group and the control group, group counseling the experimental group, using scenario analysis, painting, cognitive therapy to reduce the level of relative deprivation, promote their sense of gain and satisfaction, improve their moral level, and reduce their aggressive behavior tendency. The results are as follows:(1)The lower the perceived family economic status of high school students, the higher the level of relative deprivation, and the degree of popularity of students also affects the relative deprivation of high school students;there is a significant difference in the level of moral detachment between men and women, and men are significantly higher than women;there is no significant difference in the overall level of aggressive behavior in gender, but there is a significant difference in grade, high two is significantly higher than high one;(2)There are two correlations among relative deprivation, moral detachment and aggressive behavior of senior high school students.Relative deprivation and moral detachment have positive predictive effect on aggressive behavior of senior high school students;(3)Relative deprivation can not only directly predict aggressive behavior, but also indirectly predict aggressive behavior through moral separation;(4)There are significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in the level of relative deprivation, moral detachment and aggressive behavior, which shows that group counseling can effectively reduce the level of relative deprivation and moral detachment of senior high school students, thus reducing the tendency of aggressive behavior.
