In the environment of economic globalization,the marketing of enterprise products plays a key role in the process of enterprise growth.In the highly competitive consumer market,only products recognized by consumers and purchased voluntarily have value.Since listing in the United States,tal education and training company has developed rapidly,and its market value has soared to become one of the largest education and training institutions in China.This paper analyzes the growth process of Tal education and training company,mainly studies its marketing characteristics,and probes into the marketing strategies of Tal education and training company according to the actual situation of the current education and training market in China.Mainly from the following aspects:First,tal education and training company can develop rapidly,with many unique advantages and disadvantages.Analyze the advantages and conditions of Tal education and training company,make it continue to play a driving role to promote its internationalization,and find out the shortcomings of marketing strategies in the development process of the company to be corrected.Secondly,tal education and training company has certain product marketing strategy problems,such as: insufficient product brand promotion,not known by the public;few product types,not forming a product cluster;serious product homogeneity,etc.In view of these problems,this paper studies a series of marketing strategy problems in the development process of the future education and training company,and then combines the actual development needs of the company to optimize and improve the strategy.Based on the marketing strategy of education and training institutions as the theoretical basis of the study,this paper uses tal education and training company as a case to study the current marketing situation of the company,analyze the factors that affect the marketing strategy,summarize the plans to improve the marketing strategy,and help tal education and training company improve the marketing strategy system.At the same time,it can provide reference for other education and training companies.
