At present,under the influence of favorable policies such as the two-child policy,the strategy of strengthening the country with talents and education,the market prospect of primary and secondary education training companies is becoming more and more broad.In addition,during the epidemic,the "stop school" policy accelerated the penetration of online education in the sinking market.Online training is accepted by most parents,which opens up a gap in the education and training industry market.With the increasing demand of education and training market,a large number of entrepreneurs have been attracted to join the education and training industry.Now,all kinds of education and training enterprises are shrouded in the vicinity of major,middle and primary schools,which also further intensifies the competition in the after-school education industry.In the current situation of the coexistence of opportunities and competition,how to gain more market share in the fierce education market has become the primary concern of small and medium-sized training companies.This paper focuses on the key weapon for small and medium-sized education and training companies to compete for market share: service marketing,taking XR education and training companies as an example.The XR company environment and current situation of macro and micro development was deeply analyzed.Then,the questionnaire method was used to identify the problems existing in the development of the XR company,and some optimization suggestion of the service marketing strategy was given to the XR company.XR company’s service marketing strategy optimization is based on the tool of service marketing mix from seven aspects of marketing activities.This paper also puts forward some safeguard measures to protect the strategy useful from five aspects: personnel management,capital,team building,technology and process.This paper focus on the problems existing in XR company’s service marketing strategy.With the analysis of industry environment and the present situation of XR service marketing,finds out the,a method for helping the XR company to win more market share was provided.This also provides a reference for other education and training companies in the market to win the market through service marketing.With the will to help small and medium-sized training companies develop healthily and rapidly.
