Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder(ADHD)has obvious clinical features in childhood. This type of special needs children often suffers from inattention, impulsivity, and hyperactivity due to their own symptoms.Disturbing the normal order of classes will also affect peer learning.Compared with ordinary children of the same age, their problem behaviors are prominent, often outside the classroom, and their peer relationships are not good.In the family, due to the negligence of the parents, they failed to find special symptoms in time, delaying the best intervention period of school age.In this study, two preschool children with ADHD were selected as research objects, and the withdrawal experiment of a single case study was used to explore the effectiveness of the family-centered positive behavior support intervention model.Professionals composed of rehabilitation teachers establish equal and respectful peer relationships with the parents of the cases, and explore the advantages and needs of each family.Based on the functional evalution of behavior problems, considering the function of the behavior and the family situation, from the four aspects of controlling foresight, improving environment, teaching positive behaviors, and intervening behavior consequence.the purpose is to develop an individualized intervention strategies for two cases. The study used a single-case with withdrawal design. The behavioral problems of the two cases were evaluated separately, and the most familiar activities of the case-the family, the family most familiar with the case-the main caregiver were used to intervene. The whole experiment is divided into five stages, supplemented by maintaining tracking. These are the baseline, intervention I,withdrawal, intervention II and maintenance.During the baseline, establish a cooperative relationship with the parents of the case, collect and evaluate the behavior problems that occur more frequently in the family, and the parents themselves decide the target intervention behavior problems: the target behavior of case A is Fidgety hands and feet;the target behavior of case B is Screaming.Through functional evaluation of target behavior problems,a family-centered positive behavior support approach is drawn up based onthe behavioral function. The whole process of this study is supported by researchers and relevant teachers to assist parents, including the learning of family-centered intervention concepts and evaluation of behavioral functions. The formulation and adjustment of the amount and intervention plan. The main caregiver of the case,as the main decision maker of education, collects and records the number of cases of the target behavior problems of the case throughout the experimental phase. The researchers quantitatively analyzed the number of cases of behavioral problems, combined with interviews to collect relevant qualitative data, and explored the effectiveness of family-centered positive behavior support intervention models. The main conclusions of this study are as follows:1.Family-centered positive behavior support approach can reduce the behavior problems of children with ADHD in the family and maintain the effect well.2.Parents' participation can effectively improve the behavior problems of preschool children with ADHD.3.Family-centered positive behavioral support will have a major impact on early intervention for children with preschool attention deficit disorder.4.The family-center positive behavior support approach can improve the quality of family life to some extent.
