Exercise Intervention Design And Case Study Of Children With Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder In Small Sample

Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD)is one of the most common mental and behavioral disorders in the development of children and adolescents.Its clinical manifestations are attention loss,hyperactivity/impulsive behavior,which is not in accordance with their own age,difficult to control themselves,accompanied by some motor incoordination problems.At present,the main treatment is drug therapy and still looking for physical therapy that can replace drug therapy,among which exercise therapy has been supported by relevant experimental studies and literature,but there is still a lack of more specific program design.In this paper,we use the method of literature,observation,experiment and mathematical statistics to study the exercise intervention of children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder with small sample size.After small sample size experiments,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)After exercise intervention,it can be seen from home-school feedback and intervention process that the subjects' concentration level is improved,and the learning problems are obviously improved,which indicates that exercise intervention is effective to improve the attention level and can alleviate the attention loss problem.(2)Through exercise intervention,we can see that the scores of impulse-hyperactivity were decreased and the symptoms were improved by ADHD rehabilitation side index-balance ability and Conners questionnaire,which indicated that exercise intervention was effective in improving impulse-hyperactivity behavior,maintaining stability and self-control ability,and promoting the development of nervous system in children(3)Sports intervention after excluding other factors is effective for the rehabilitation treatment of ADHD illness.The four sports designed by long-distance running 1.6 km? trampoline(double task practice,passing practice,trampoline practice),rhythmic exercise(national aerobics public exercise standard children's first class prescribed movement)and swimming have relative reference and value...
