In the present mental illness system,attention deficit hyperactivity disorder is a common behavioral disorder in childhood and adolescent period,which is characterized by mood disorders and learning difficulties.The total prevalence rate of ADHD disease is about 5.29%in the worldwide.As a teenager,children with ADHD disease take early detection,early diagnosis and early treatment can obtain the prognosis which is similar to ordinary people.If people failed to get effective treatment early,the clinical symptoms will last in adulthood,even for whole life,and will eventually give themselves,family and society serious negative effects.In today's society,the biological-psychological-social comprehensive treatment pattern,related drugs combined with psychological intervention has gradually become the major treatment for people with ADHD.The nature of the social work is a kind of helping activities which is based on altruism and scientific knowledge and carried out by using special methods.In conclusion,the advantages of social work is to help children with ADHD recover better,using comprehensive treatment mode of "four in one".This study is a cross-sectional survey which is related to the morbidity of ADHD of 600 junior high school students at GS school in Hefei.The study select 30 risk factors which may affect the morbidity of ADHD and is analyzed by Logistics regression.The main purpose of social work in junior high school investigated with"four in one" pattern is to analyze the effective influence and treatment effect of ADHD disease.In summary,the main risk factors of ADHD in junior high school students are the individual factors,family factors,school factors and social factors.Social work involved in junior middle school students with ADHD using "four in one" treatment pattern can effectively improve symptoms,promote rehabilitation and lay the groundwork for future treatment mode.
