Attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder(ADHD)is when a patient presents with age-inappropriate symptoms of difficulty concentrating or short attention spans,as well as impulsivity.Although the symptoms of ADHD are more likely to appear in childhood,it is undeniable that most children with ADHD will continue to have symptoms and injuries in adolescence and adulthood, and as ADHD patients enter puberty, the symptoms such as hyperactivity and impulsivity in childhood will often decrease, but problems such as inattention will persist,so most ADHD patients are accompanied by learning and language problems;at the same time, when ADHD students enter the unfamiliar learning environment such as middle school campus from primary school,Many of the symptoms it shows are also easy to be mistaken by teachers and parents as "not good at learning" or "lazy and sloppy",coupled with the fact that students themselves are difficult to understand the knowledge of related aspects, they may be seriously hit by these negative evaluations, and gradually form a silent, inferior personality,if they are students with multiple impulses as the main subtype,it is easy to gradually form an antisocial personality. Therefore,it is crucial to develop a group training manual that is suitable for their age-stage development characteristics, recognized by students, and easy for school teachers and psychological practitioners to operate,so that students with hyperactive tendencies can correct and control some bad conduct and misconceptions in a timely manner, and at the same time cultivate and improve their skills in self-awareness,emotional control and interpersonal communication. The study is mainly divided into two parts: First, the current situation of students with hyperactive tendencies in the first grade is studied.Through the questionnaire survey method, interview method and observation method to collect data, the current situation of all students in the first grade of a middle school in Kunming City was investigated, and the screening results were combined with the screening results to analyze the performance characteristics of attention deficit of the students with attention deficit tendencies, and the daily behavior performance materials of these students were comprehensively collected, providing theoretical and data support for the preparation of the group training manual and the next step of research.Secondly, the preliminary collected data are sorted out and analyzed to determine the research object;the group counseling manual is compiled and revised, and the application effect of the scheme in the manual is verified by combining the comparative analysis of the before and after measurement data and qualitative data of the research samples. The results of the study showed that:(1)The causes of hyperactivity tendency of junior high school students are more complex than those of children or adults, and the hyperactivity tendency of junior high school students is mostly accompanied by a dominant symptom accompanied by other subtypes of symptoms, while students with hyperactivity tendency in the first grade are mostly accompanied by learning problems, character problems, interpersonal problems, etc.,and a few have mild sleep disorders, anxiety and other psychological problems.(2)In the preparation of the group training manual, the influence of the leader’s style on the effectiveness of group training was confirmed in the analysis of the qualitative data of the participating students during and after the implementation of the group training.(3)The use of the first grade hyperactive tendency group training manual can effectively intervene in the hyperactive tendency of the first grade students, and the results in character problems, hyperactive impulses and other aspects are remarkable, and the emotional problems and interpersonal problems of students are also alleviated to a certain extent through qualitative data analysis.(4)The group training manual for students with polyactive tendencies in the first grade conforms to the user’s reading logic in the overall framework, and can flexibly adjust the activity collocation according to the actual situation in implementation, and also meets the interests of middle school students in terms of content.
