Under the background of "Internet ",online education stands out.As a frontier area of ethnic minorities in southwest China,improving the teaching quality of colleges and universities is an important task for the development of education in Tibet at present.the online learning situation of tibetan college students,online learning satisfaction,online learning motivation,online learning attitude and how to improve and improve these factors and further improve the online learning effect of tibetan college students are the significance of this study.Based on the four dimensions that affect online learning,learning satisfaction,learning ability,learning motivation and learning attitude,this paper investigates the performance of Tibetan college students on the related variables of gender,age,specialty,family name,academic achievement,etc.This paper is mainly divided into six parts:The first part,introduction.This part mainly includes the background and significance of the topic,literature review,concept definition,research methods and contents,research ideas,research innovations.The second part,research design.This part includes the design of the scale and the analysis of reliability and validity.The third part,research results.This part includes the basic situation of the sample,the overall level,the difference analysis of online learning in the relevant volume.Part four,discussion.This part includes the significant differences in the existence of online learning among Tibetan college students on different variables.Part five,countermeasures and suggestions.This part puts forward from what aspects to improve the satisfaction,learning ability,learning ability,learning motivation and learning attitude of Tibetan college students.Such as optimizing network curriculum design,strengthening environmental support,teacher-student interaction to improve the learning satisfaction of college students,through improving the ability of cooperation between students,autonomous learning ability,network information ability can improve the network learning ability of college students.By strengthening teachers' guidance to online learning students and developing some challenging learning tasks to stimulate the motivation of college students' online learning.The sixth part,reflection and deficiency.
