With the expansion of the number of higher education,the quality of higher education has become prominent.How to evaluate and improve the quality of higher education has become a problem faced by universities all over the word.The traditional way of evaluation,Such as university reputation and university ranking,due to too much emphasis on college resources and ignore the students?learning experience and present drawbacks.Based on student development theory and university influence theory,Indiana university has developed a student-centered questionnaire to measure the quality of higher education,which has far more influence than the United States.since the 1990 s,China?s higher education has gradually ertered the stage of popular development,and quality problems have become increasingly prominent.Due to the traditional evaluation methods in China too much emphasis on college resources and ranking,based on this,Tsinghua university team introduced nsse questionnaire,and through localization and cultural adaptation,formed nsse-China.Since then,many institutions have participated in the survey.The paper is based on the perspective of student center,use nsse-China questionnaire as a measurement tool,to investigate the learning engagement of undergraduate students in Tibet university.This article is divided into five parts:Chapter 1 introduction.The paper expounds the reasons,research purposes,practical significance and related concepts of the selected topic,and sorts out the references.then,the research questions and hypotheses are put forward.Chapter 2 research design and research ideas.This paper expounds the basic situation and investigation process of the research object,and expounds the research methods,research tools and research ideas of this paper.Chapter 3 results.First of all,the second and third grade students of Tibet university in academic challenges,active cooperative learning level,student-teacher interaction frequency,educational experience and campus environment.Secondly,it describes the specific items of gender,nationality,grade,normal school student and non-normal school students,college specific items.Thirdly,it analyzes the differences of gender,nationality,grade,normal school student and non-normal school variables and college variables.Finally,the five comparable indicators of the second and third grade students of Tibet university are compared with the standard deviation norm of national grade average,the norm of undergraduate grade and the norm of undergraduate grade,and the position of Tibet university in other colleges and universities is obtained.Chapter 4 conclusion and discussion analysis.According to the results of the data analysis in Chapter 3,the conclusion are given and discussed.Chapter 5 countermeasures and suggestions.According to the characteristics of learning engagement of undergraduates in Tibet university and the result compared with the norm,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the learning engagement of undergraduates in Tibet university.
