Talents play a vital role in promoting the sustainable development of our country's economy and society.The quality of talents trained by colleges and universities has an important influence on the development of society and economy.In recent years,the employment rate of college graduates has gradually decreased,it shows that the enterprises require more and more new college graduates' ability and quality,and there is a certain deviation between the ability and quality of talents trained by colleges and universities and the demands of enterprises.This article is mainly based on the perspective of the employer,through enterprise surveys and personnel interviews to discuss the problems and countermeasures of the cultivation of the real estate-related professional talents in colleges and universities,in order to put forward valuable countermeasures and suggestions for the cultivation of universities,to improve the quality of colleges' talent training make real estate-related professional graduates entering the society to enter the enterprise more smoothly.The results of this study show that:(1)Newly recruited employees of real estate companies in colleges have higher scores in knowledge breadth and humanistic knowledge,but lower scores in professional knowledge and skills.From the perspective of corporate needs,real estate companies at present,the most in need are employees with strong adaptability and practical application ability.The survey and interview results show that the current employees' initiative,practical application ability and innovation are insufficient;(2)From the perspective of enterprise perception,current talent training in colleges and universities The main problems are the students' weak social adaptability,lack of mastery of professional knowledge,deviation of professional pursuit,insufficient training of social practice,and inconsistent evaluation methods of both schools and enterprises under the different appraisal way exists "the high score low ability" the hanging upside down phenomenon.Based on the investigation and analysis,this paper puts forward six countermeasures and suggestions for the government to improve the shortage of talent training in colleges and universities:(1)Raise ideological consciousness and stick to the educational idea of satisfying the people;(2)Policy support to promote the establishment of colleges and universities to keep pace with the times of talent training objectives;(3)The government takes the lead in setting up the university practice resource platform,strengthening the university practice training ability,enhancing the graduate practice ability and the adaptive ability;(4)To establish a contingent of high-quality teachers and increase the adjustment of teachers' overall allocation;(5)Establish a mechanism for allocating funds for performance evaluation to promote the reform of institutions of higher learning training evaluation mechanism to enhance the position of employers in talent evaluation;(6)Promoting the separation of administrative evaluation,and to improve the quality of talent training in colleges and universities.
