Thanks to dramatically developed China’s sports industry, sports industryaffects the public more widely than ever. The spectacular increase of China’ssports industry makes it becoming the most potential industry in China, knownas the “sunrise industry”. With the development of sports facility, Sportsfitness leisure clubs, Commercial international sports events, Sportsintermediary services and sporting goods industry, the sports has became a hugeindustry with many branches.In March2010, General Office of State Council of the People’s Republicof China published 〈Some instructions on accelerating the development of sportindustry〉, this article points out, by year2020, China should cultivate a numberof major sport companies and groups which are internationally competitive. ChinaSports Industry Group Co., Ltd. was established in March1998, which not onlyis the largest joint-stock enterprises of sports industry in China, but alsois the State Sports General Administration only holding of a listed company.China Sports Industry is mainly engaged in the national fitness market, sportsevent management and sports theme-real estate. December31,2012, the company’stotal assets of¥3.484billion.This paper investigates CHINA SPORTS INDUSTRY CO. LTD(600158) listed inShanghai. The author analyses the management strategies, and then analyses themanagement status such as profitability and several evaluation indexes bycollecting the data of their financial statements in recent three years, thecompany operating situation analysis, the author identifies the problems of thelisted companies in management.It comes to following conclusion:1Enterprise profit model obviously tendency of real estate business, profitchannel is too narrow.2For the sports industry of ontology, the enterprise profit ability is weak.3High concentration of the company, distribution range is not wide4To grasp the real estate industry, the correct understanding costs duringthe period of increasing year by year It puts forward some countermeasures toThe development of the China Sports Industry Group Co., Ltd.1New direction for enterprise development, grasp the depth of the sportsindustry policy is the key. 2To further perfect the relevant supporting facilities, development ofcommunity fitness club mode.3Expansion and government cooperation mode of important events sportsresources to big cities.4To hold the pulse of the new sports ontology industry development, sportstraining market.5To strengthen enterprise cost control, cost proportion during the cut6Careful with real estate price war7Actively take corresponding countermeasures to improve the comprehensiveefficiency of current assets, so as to speed up the company capital turnover.
