The proposal of "core literacy" is a new world trend.Chinese and foreign scholars have studied the effectiveness of mathematics classroom teaching a lot,and have proposed many theories and strategies.With the deepening of high school new curriculum reform,classroom teaching research from the perspective of core literacy will be a novel research issue.This research echoes the current concept of new curriculum standards,and attempts to study the status and countermeasures of effective teaching in high school mathematics classrooms from the perspective of mathematical literacy.The cultivation and development of students' core literacy cannot be separated from classroom teaching.The key problems to be solved in this article are as follow: determining the standards for evaluating effective teaching in mathematics classrooms according to the goal of cultivating mathematical literacy;finding out the existing problems in current high school mathematics classroom teaching according to the standards of effective teaching from the perspective of mathematical literacy;Analyzing its causes and propose reasonable countermeasures.First,based on the requirements of the core mathematics literacy of the General Senior High School Mathematics Curriculum Standard(2017 edition)newly issued by the Ministry of Education and existing related research results,the evaluation standards and evaluation standards for effective teaching of mathematics classroom from the perspective of mathematical literacy are proposed.Covering the following aspects: teaching goals,teaching content,teaching methods,teaching aids,teaching process;students' classroom learning,achieving core literacy;teacher-student interaction and student-student interaction.Second,through a questionnaire survey,interview survey and classroom observation of a high school in Xingguo County,Ganzhou City,Jiangxi Province,it revealed the current status and problems of effective teaching in high school mathematics classrooms: neglecting the cultivation of students' core literacy,irrational teaching design,and single form of teaching and less use of information technology.In order to train students 'core mathematics literacy,the following countermeasures and suggestions are put forward in view of the problems existing in effective teaching in the high school mathematics classroom: based on core literacy,carefully design teaching;improve teaching concepts and teachers' literacy;combine with the application of information technology to achieve core literacy Landing;strengthen the cultivation of students' good learning habits and learning methods;carry out teacher training activities to improve teacher quality;introduce advancedteaching equipment to promote information-based teaching;improve school management measures and formulating rational monitoring mechanisms.
