Marx's theory of human development has important guiding significance to the ideological and political teaching reform in middle schools in China.After the new curriculum reform,the ideological and political teaching reform in middle schools has made some achievements,but there are still many problems.From the Perspective of Marx's theory of human development,this paper aims to thinking on deepening the reform of ideological and political education in middle schools under the guidance of Marx's theory of human development,aiming at the problems existing in the current situation of ideological and political teaching reform in middle schools,so as to provide some suggestions for the ideological and political teaching reform in middle schools.There are four parts in this paper.The first part mainly expounds the main content and realization conditions of Marx's theory of human development.Marx's human development is a free and comprehensive development,mainly includes the satisfaction of human needs,the improvement of human ability,the development of human social relations and the development of human personality.In terms of the conditions for the realization of human development,human needs are the internal driving force of human development.The activity of man himself is the fundamental condition of human development.Education is an important means of human development.The second part is the relationship between Marx's theory of human development and ideological and political teaching reform in middle schools.Marx's theory of human development is the guiding ideology of ideological and political teaching reform in middle schools.Marx's theory of human development puts forward high requirements for the ideological and political teaching reform in middle schools.The reform of ideological and political education in middle schools is the practice and development of Marx's theory.The third part combines the questionnaire survey to study the current situation and the causes of the predicament of ideological and political teaching reform in middle schools.There are three main reasons for the dilemma of ideological and political teaching reform in middle schools,which are the concealment of the ideological and political education essence in middle schools by the traditional exam-oriented education thought,the neglect of the practical principle in middle schools,and the teaching content and methods are far from students' needs.The last part is based on the relationship between Marx 's theory of human development in the first three parts and the reform of ideological and political teaching reform in middle schools,as well as the investigation and research on the current situation,Thinking about deepening the reform of ideological and political education in middle schools guided by Marx's theory of human development: To promote the realization of free all-round development of students as a high school education teaching reform purposes,deepen the main position of students;To build a middle school ideological and political teaching team that can continuously meet the needs of students;To create a unified theory and practice of middle school ideological and political teaching system.
