| Since the 1960 s,western scholars have done a series of research on the way of parents’ participation in school education. The research and work on home school cooperation has been far ahead of western countries.China attaches great importance to home school cooperation.Since the end of the 1980 s,it has gradually become formal and issued a series of guidance documents on home school cooperation. Many researchers have carried out theoretical research and practical exploration, and achieved some results. However, the author found that family education and school education did not form a good joint force, the problem of home school cooperation is still very prominent,so it is urgent to improve the way of cooperation and improve the level of cooperation. At present, most of the home school cooperation emphasizes family and school factors, and it is easy to ignore the students as the main body. The author thinks that the cooperation between home and school must be carried out from the perspective of promoting the growth of students. This research is carried out by means of literature research, questionnaire survey and interview survey.Based on a large number of literature at home and abroad and some important theoretical and practical results of research, the research results of home school cooperation at home and abroad are comprehensively and systematically sorted out,the connotation characteristics are clarified, and the specific practice mode is analyzed, from which some reference can be obtained for home school cooperation in junior high school Inspiration used. This study chooses the current situation of home school cooperation in Changsha B middle school for investigation and analysis, and compiles three kinds of questionnaires: parent questionnaire, teacher questionnaire and student questionnaire, involving five dimensions: basic situation, cognition of home school cooperation, participation in home school cooperation, satisfaction with home school cooperation, expectation and suggestions for home school cooperation.According to the collected questionnaire,we redesign the interview outline and select the representative parents, teachers and students to make the data collection more detailed and reliable. The author carefully analyzes the survey data, and summarizes the following specific problems in the work of home school cooperation: the concept of home school cooperation is not clear in the cognitive level, the rights and responsibilities ofeducation are not clear, and the cooperation attitude is not consistent;the content of home school cooperation is narrow in the practical level, the form is monotonous, and the frequency is too low;the evaluation level has different views on home school cooperation Consistency, general cooperation effect, etc.Based on the current situation of the investigation and the analysis of the reasons, there are four aspects:the school has not established a set of perfect mechanism, such as "plan, organization, publicity and evaluation";the parents do not know enough, the responsibility is not in place;the teachers are not enthusiastic enough, the individual combat is lack of innovation;the students do not know correctly, and the participation is insufficient.According to the analysis of the above reasons, and then return to the solution of the existing problems, this study mainly puts forward three countermeasures: 1.Parents learn new knowledge of family education, establish a family democratic system, and use family economic function to optimize family education.2.The school(teacher)strengthens the school’s function by returning the major, strengthening the study, educating the whole staff, giving full feedback, innovating the way of cooperation and perfecting the evaluation system.3.Students can improve their sense of participation and play the main role by establishing a target mechanism,a support mechanism for individual objects,a group cooperation mechanism and a parent committee. In short,we should fully mobilize the enthusiasm of teachers, parents and students, improve the level of home school cooperation in junior high schools, and promote the growth and development of students. |
