The harmonious development of the home-school relationship is an important prerequisite for promoting the "cooperative education" of moral education in primary and secondary schools.In recent years,the problems of home-school conflicts have intensified.Looking at the domestic research literature,there are very few studies on "home-school conflicts".Most of the research focuses on the harmonious meaning of home schools.Family and school are the soil and environment for the growth and development of students,providing students with distinctive education,which is irreplaceable with each other;at the same time,because of the different roles,interests,and purposes between families and schools,the two sides do not It may be completely in step,even confrontation and conflict in some emergencies.Materialist dialectics believes that contradiction is the foundation and premise of the existence and development of all things.Contradiction is complementary to each other,harmony is symbiotic and grows together,and contradictory things can only exist and develop through harmony.The conflict between home and school is an inevitable objective fact in the process of communication between parents and teachers.In order to better promote the study of the contradiction between home and school,so as to achieve the final ideal result of home-school co-education.This study presents the concrete manifestations,causes and countermeasures of home-school conflicts in a school from the perspective of the teacher through interviews,and then reflects on the teachers' perspectives and perceptions based on involution theory.The survey of two middle schools in City A found that the cause of the conflict between home and school is that parents and teachers have differences in the goals,responsibilities,methods,and concepts of education during the growth of their children,reflecting that there is a prominent difference between home education and school education.The problem.In different social periods,home-school contradictions are manifested to varying degrees.Nowadays,my country's education reform has entered the deep-water area.The emergence of home-school conflicts has certain inevitability,and it also shows the characteristics of objectivity and complexity.This study believes that to resolve home-school conflicts and achieve better home-school cooperation should start with the following aspects: first,establish a sound system to ensure parents' right to participate in education and achieve teachers' professional autonomy;second,by creating parent schools 3.Strengthen teacher education to change the concept of home-school conflicts.Third,home-school dialogues enhance cooperation and understanding,and establish a response mechanism for home-school conflicts to achieve home-school community.Only in the process of comprehensive management and reform of the school can the internal and external joint efforts improve the home-school relationship.Of course,for the direct purpose of harmonizing home-school relations and resolving home-school conflicts,the home-school cooperation community is the optimal choice.
