TO explain and solve the problem of operation and management of for-profit youth amateur sports clubs in new period.Based on the theory of value chain correlation,this study mainly uses literature,survey,observation and logic analysis,investigation and analysis of the revenue,layout,business management mode,marketing and publicity channels,organizational structure,trainees and personnel profiles of the for-profit amateur sports clubs in Chengdu,systematic analysis of the club's industry,corporate value chain and operational chain of operations.And on this basis,Start from strategic positioning,external value chain,internal value chain,strategic links and auxiliary links,to deconstruction and governance of the value chain management of for-profit youth amateur sports clubs in chengdu.The study result indicates that:1.The scale of chengdu's for-profit youth amateur sports clubs are relatively small,the level of revenue capacity is relatively low,and the revenue structure is relatively simple,focus on sports training.The spatial layout presents features that rely on the venue and the frequent activity areas surrounding the audience.The age structure of the students is mainly composed of primary school students.The organizational structure of the club is not perfect,the employees are mainly part-time,and the marketing and operation management modes are mainly based on traditional style.2.The club industry value chain covers the supplier value chain,the club value chain,the channel value chain,the customer value chain,and the competitors and partner value chains.However,there are problems such as ignoring or neglecting the internal customer value chain and the partner value chain.And the connection between the industry's overall value chain and the industrial value chain of sports,education,tourism and recreation has yet to be strengthened.3.The enterprise value chain includes basic value activities such as curriculum system design and development,marketing,operation services,after-sales service and customer relationship management,and integrated logistics support,and auxiliary value activities such as infrastructure construction,human resource management,technology research and development,innovation and procurement.Link.Most clubs have insufficient innovation in curriculum design,and the development of marketing,after-sales service and customer relationship management lags behind,and the service process and functions need to be further subdivided.4.The operation chain of the club is centered on the“leadership decision-making level”.It connects customers,the front desk,the middle office and the decision-making level.It has experienced promotion,consultation and communication,reception registration,pre-class reception communication,curriculum implementation and The operation chain structure of the course service,after-school summary feedback,information collection and analysis,assessment evaluation and information summary feedback.5.The club value chain management issues include,Strategic positioning is vague,execution is insufficient;external value chain lacks extension;internal value chain communication and cooperation efficiency,poor efficiency;value curve convergence,strategic core competitiveness is not strong;human resource management mismatch;technology research and development and information management guarantee lag.6.It is expected that the following optimization strategies will be used to govern the management issues of the for-profit amateur sports clubs in Chengdu.Such as,reasonable choice of strategic positioning;construction of strategic alliances,extension of external value chains;customer-oriented,optimization of organizational structure;establishment of information sharing mechanisms,restructuring of operational operations;learning from each other's strengths,highlighting characteristics,enhancing the core competitiveness of strategic links;step by step,targeted,Follow up the auxiliary link.
