Commercial construction club management the way they operate mostly up themanagement infrastructure based on service industries. From a practical point of view, theclub’s management in an immature state, or only focus on the surface, or to focus only on aone-sided management; From a theoretical perspective, the academic community to discuss theoperations of the commercial health club is always in a single demonstration and research, ordirectly to the foreign advanced management model applied in the management and operationprocess of the club to make a statement. The emergence of the service profit chain theory isprecisely to break the limitations of these cases. The service profit chain theory is to focus moreresearch in one comprehensive theory and research methods, service profit chain theory in thecommercial health club, health club internal service quality, employee satisfaction, employeeloyalty, membership satisfaction, customer loyalty and club profits and other elements oforganic as a whole, on this basis, the observed link between them and the law, in order toidentify the aspects of the original theory and practice of inappropriate conduct analysis to beimproved in order to establish a model suitable for the development of commercial health club.First commercial building of the club’s current situation, the service profit chain theory,research and application are described, then the use of literature, systems analysis, expertinterviews, field trips, questionnaire survey, analytic hierarchy process, specifications analysisand other scientific and effective way to expand the analysis of the theoretical elements of thecommercial health club service profit chain, and a preliminary theoretical point."The basic ideaof the theoretical point under the guidance of practical research to prove the establishment ofthe " Theoretical point", while improving and perfecting the inadequacies of the point, andultimately establish a more comprehensive commercial fitness club service profit chain model,provide the basis for future research and development of commercial health club and help.The main conclusions of this paper:First, the paper constructs commercial health club service profit chain model includes fourparts: a health club managers, employees of the health club, health club memberships, andhealth club profits.
