| Sustainable development requires that we must attention to resource efficiency, and seek the potential that we can use lower resource consumption to meet the needs of normal production and life of humans, this is the "conservation society" standpoint of our country to promote. Because of this, today, organizations and agencies in the process of production and life all are faced with the question: how to supply the production process for high efficiency and high-production. Results in case of limited resources? As a community amateur sports clubs are organized have to make better choices in the face of these problems. This is just the starting point of my paper.In this paper, literature, expert interviews, questionnaires, field trips, and mathematical statistics are used to investigate the management and operation status of Shaanxi Province 12 Young Amateur Basketball Club, found that the main problems of young people in Shaanxi Province Amateur Basketball Club management and operation process are: (1) unreasonable organizational structure setting of the club, department functions are not clear; (2) club management is lack of system bases and "people management" is serious; (3) the club financial systems enforce weakly; (4) Club daily management carries a strong color sense of emergency, and lack of planning sense. Basis on lots of study and demonstration, Propose sustainable development measures of our province Youth Amateur Basketball Club sustainable development measures: (1) increase the administrative support for youth amateur basketball club in our province; (2) optimize organizational structure of the club and strengthen the club system construction; (3) enhance the management idea, implement scientific management; (4) Actively guide and strengthen the relevant theory of the youth basketball amateur club management and operation.
