Research On The Training Mode Of Basketball Reserve Talents In Yibin No.1 Middle School

Cultivation of excellent basketball reserve talents is the foundation project for the revitalization of China's competitive basketball,and it is also a difficult problem that needs to be solved urgently to affect the rapid development of China's competitive basketball.Yibin No.1 Middle School(hereinafter referred to as Yibin No.1 Middle School)is a national youth basketball school.It has competed in various provincial competitions for the championship and runner-up for many times,and has sent nearly 100 students to major universities,professional clubs and national youth teams.High-level basketball reserve talents have made important contributions to the basketball cause of Sichuan Province.Over the years,Yibin City No.1 Middle School has been constantly reforming and exploring,and has gradually embarked on a "training-sports-integration" training of basketball reserve talents.It has also been gradually regarded as a model of the successful reform of the "integration of teaching and sports" model in Sichuan Province.Based on this,timely exploration of the basketball reserve talent training model of Yibin No.1Middle School will provide a reference for solving the above problems.In this study,literature research methods,interview methods,case analysis methods,mathematical statistics methods and other research methods were used to systematically investigate and analyze the talent training of the No.1 middle school men's basketball team in Yibin City.Among them,reviewed the team's development process,divided the different stages and its training model,and pointed out the corresponding inspiration on the basis of revealing the characteristics.Through research,the following main conclusions are drawn:1.Yibin City No.1 Middle School can be divided into four stages in the training of basketball reserve talents.The first stage is the natural development stage,and the basketball reserve talents cultivation is in the regular training mode;the second stage is the preliminary reform stage,the mode is "sports education" "The combination" mode;the third stage is the reform and innovation stage,and the mode is changed to the "integration of education and sports" mode;since 2011,Yibin No.1 Middle School has further promoted the "integration of education and sports",and gradually formed the "integration of education and sports" model,and entered deepening Reform stage;2.The current basketball reserve talent training model of Yibin No.1 Middle School has the following characteristics: strong support of school policies and regulations;adequate funding and logistics support;continuous improvement of the comprehensive quality of the head coach and coach team;emphasis on echelon construction and training quality;The channels for talent delivery are unobstructed;attention is paid to the integration and utilization of event resources;3.The reserve talent training model of Yibin No.1 Middle School can provide the following enlightenment: clarifying the main body of the training model is the logical starting point for the relevant work;the support of school policy regulations determines the depth of teaching and sports integration;Effectiveness;smooth transmission channels determine the continuity of high-quality students.
